I was charged to my surprise for a year’s subscription I do not want. I have canceled a subscription I did not sign up for. How do I get my money back for this. I’ve noticed that this happens often to people. Strava might wanna look into why this is happening. Please provide a refund.  thanks! 

For users who upload ZWIFT data to STRAVA there is an accurate correlation between average heart rate and average power; this existing data within STRAVA could be used to improve the present power calculation that STRAVA uses. STRAVA does not have the ability to compensate for wind velocity , by averaging existing method with STRAVA data the accuracy could be greatly improved without using a power meter.

Does private activities count for end of the year recap? I know there is an option to mute activities for small runs and commutes. But I’m used to putting these activities in private. Will these activities still be counted in the summary sent at the end of the year?

When I post my runs my time doesn’t show up on the feed I can only see it when I go into the activity it looks like I have hidden it ( I haven’t) 

 Hi I need help. Has anyone had this issue and has fixed it?? I did a long run this morning and it imported from my Apple Watch like usual but it’s not showing up. It’s check marked as imported but does not show up in feed or adds to my distance etc.. I don’t know what else to do I feel like I’ve tried everything. Restarting my phone, deleting the app and re installing multiple times, deleting it from my watch and reinstalling, I even tried exporting the file from my Health app to my iCloud and then to Strava website and that didn’t work either. 

Hello Strava team,When I track a pool swim with my Apple watch (in its own training app) it detects pauses and laps automatically. When syncing to Strava information gets lost. Pauses are added to rounds and the duration of the rounds does not fit. This completely destroys the pace data. At the end, 50 m are always missing (one pool length), and the average pace is also wrong. Attached are both datasets. Is there a way to fix this?  

Other sporters can’t see my total statistics this new year. All the statistics are zero. What is the problem?

Hi, I’ve recently subscribed to strava and after using the flyover video it creates after each of my runs it was great so see, little dot goes along your route you have just ran aswell as a red line following. Now for whatever reason my flyover vids are still working and being created but there is only a little dot following my route and no red line it’s hard to navigate your route. Anybody know why? It was available on previous runs and even if I go back and view them it’s the same now. Just the dot no red line. If I view any of my followers activity and view there flyover they have there’s all fine. 🤷🏻‍♂️ any help please 🙏 

Receiving the following error in the web console when attempting to save a route I just created.  haven’t tried this in chrome yet… Edit: Could only get this to happen once.  Refreshing the page and trying again fixed it. leaving this up in case y’all wanna look into it

Why is the workout analysis different on website and iphone app? Hi everyone.To briefly explain the situation: Chipotle currently have a set of running challenges in various cities around the world on Strava. The person completing the highest number of reps (and sitting as local legend) at the end of this month is set to win a year of free burritos.I love running but I really love Chipotle, so I made it my goal to compete as best as possible in my city. I have been running more weekly miles than ever before, all on a 0.2 mile street downtown, an hour away from my house and with road crossings. I have rearranged the schedule of my life in order to give this a real go and I have gone everyday since I started competing except for 1 day (today). Sadly, however, there is someone that I’m ‘competing’ against that seemingly isn’t playing fair. I have very good reason to believe that this person is cheating. Their profile is private so this is the information I gleaned from the Leaderboards. I’ll outline the reasons below:

Hi! A few years ago I created a public route, and I would love to see if any activity was added in that time, to compare times. I do see attached screenshot on the mobile app, but it would be nice to see some more stats, like how many users have tried the route, what average finish time is etc? I also checked the API documentation but I dont see any way to get route activities, which would be great.  

I am in Venezuela and want to pay Strava’s annual subscription using Paypal.My Paypal account has a balance > 30$ and is not linked with any credit card. Why does the Paypal interface with Strava is requiring me that data? and how can I workaround that requirement and simply spend my Paypal balance.

A lot of my activities do NOT get synced with Oura. I went through the activities completed in Jan/Feb 2025, and 1/3 of the activities in Strava do NOT get synced to Oura. I couldn’t find a pattern that could connect the exercises.Any ideas what I could do?

Today, by showing percentages instead, this interaction feels less precise, and the true meaning of Kudos becomes diluted.  I can see the activity description, small map and any media media uploaded on everyone’s activity on my feed screen. But when I press the map to get to the map screen I cannot see the map.  All I see is the line of the route with no underlying map.  There’s just a blank white screen under the route. And don't have duckduckgo or similar because most topics said it was that. 

It seems there is performance issue by opening „Notifications“ page. It takes way too long even when a few new notifications available only.ps. hint for developers (could be the index related issue) 

We need to have a max capacity on events!! I’m trying to keep my run club capacity low and it’s hard to do that when I can’t put a cap on how many people can join

Hi Team,Me and My friend completed walk together at same route and location but major difference recorded for both, 1.45Km difference recorded and strava itself showing we both competed walk together.We both using Android phone and it is happening for us all the time, we can understand 200 to 300 meters due to GPS/Operator or Phone make company.Can any one please check both activity, snaps given below for reference ?   

Actually Me and My friend completed walk at same location and route but there are 1.45Km difference recorded, we can understand for 200 to 300meters but 1.45Km it is huge difference and this is not 1st time it is happening all the time, Can any one check and verify why it is happening and what was the issue ?We both are using Android Phone, and strava itself showing we both have completed our walk with each other, snaps given below for reference.  

I recorded a run both on my Apple Watch on Nike Run Club and on strava on my phone. I wanted to only count the time from my Apple Watch bc strava way underestimated my pace. I deleted the strava activity, but strava is still saying my Nike Run Club activity upload is my 2nd fastest time (it’s my first, since I deleted the strava one). Is there a way to fix this?

My Android phone which is currently uploading my data correctly is fine but when i log into strava on my laptop it show my last activity 2018, the e mail address is correct on my laptop however the e mail address on my Phone is my old email address, when i try and change my incorrect email address on my phone strava says that it has sent an e mail to my correct gmail account but the email is never received, help me please !! 

Hi! My runs often include a 5-minute warmup that I’d like to exclude when calculating the average pace for a run. Is that possible? I have a Garmin watch. thanks, Mario
