Hello,I ran a marathon yesterday and I accidentally set the activity on my watch to "treadmill running" instead of "running". Now I don’t have the right activity on my Strava and I’d like to know if it is possible if I can import activity manually if I have the GPX of the course and also I know my splits and total time.Can I edit the current activity or I delete this one and add new? 

Similar issue, I cannot add emoticons to my strva posts anylonger. When opening google play, I cannot update strava or google chrome either (I assume because it is already the most recent version). What do I miss/should I do?

I have GPX files created via a third party App (Memory Map) which when saved/ converted within Strava are showing the incorrect moving time. These are walking activities but much quicker than the 30 mins for a mile quoted for stop timings. Memory Map stop time is fine. I have asked via a support ticket if this can be adjusted in anyway or walk settings, but after a month response did not answer this suggesting that I increase the logging within Memory Map. This can’t be done as I asked them the question which was answered within a few hours, all within the algorithum used so I guess stravas is different. I have raise a query again. I did wonder if its a software standard issue but could not find on the PC. I had seen people were having issues a year ago with moving times?

Today I completed the Samsung Challenge. I am trying to redeem the offer and enter the draw but it is asking me for my Strava ID. I have tried my name but this doesn’t work. I cannot find a subscriber number anywhere within the account settings on the website. What am I missing?

I'm not sure what's wrong with my Strava app but it's now glitching about 50% of the time. It regularly crashes part of the way through my walks - and then either won't let me select finish or records only the first portion of the walk. On other occasions it jumps and pretends that I've teleported into the sea and back again. For some of the segments of the these walks I cover a full km in 4 seconds. I've rebooted my phone numerous times and even reached out to Strava support. They had me uninstall Strava and reinstall it but that hasn't worked either. This has been happening regularly for the last 3 or 4 months and I haven't changed my phone or my network provider.Is this something that many others are experiencing or is this unique to me?Thanks

when syncing from my Samsung health / Samsung gear 5 watch , on strava is posting wrong stats , saying my pace is   4.53 min mile , and now i  just done 2.52 mi    😀, (just waiting to be signed up for the Olympics 🤣) any ideas why the timing is out , on my Samsung watch & Health the timing is right  

When using my Google Pixel 2 watch, speed and distance are not recording if using the windsurf or kite surfing activities although it is recording my track, so no issues with GPS locating me, has anyone come across this?I currently have to log it as a bike ride then change the activity type post exercise.I have re installed Strava on the watch but the issue remains

Hi.I completed a hike today, imported it and although I have the tick showing it has been imported, I cannot see it in my feed or via my activities.None of the stats have been applied to my account either. My profile is not showing the workout.The hike data was taken from my Apple Watch and everything is visible in Apple Health. Any help would be appreciated.

I am experiencing the following issue.Using a Galaxy watch 4. I finished an activity on the watch ( disabled battery saving mode on watch and phone before I finished the activity on the watch. Saw a short message "open on phone" but the acivity did not  appearin stava. Went to settings on the watch and "Not synched" displayed "0". Rebooted the watch and my Galaxy S21 but nothing appeared in strava. Is there any hope to recover my activity?

As an international traveler was one of the coolest features. On the webI no longer can zoom out very far.  No longer see workout aggregates.  Basically difficult/impossible to find my own workouts.  Hopefully this is a known bug or bad release and gets fixed.

I couldn’t sync my device and had to keep logging in and getting codes. I think the system has blocked me. It has been hours and I can’t connect support I just keep getting chatbot. Does anyone know how to get back in?

Hi there,I encountered an upload issue on my Edit Activity page when trying to add a video to my activity. See screenshot below. I’m happy to share the HAR file of that request and the detailed URL on a private channel. The issue is repeatable. OS: MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) / Safari: Version 18.3.1 (20620.2.4.11.6).Let me know if you need anything else.  

All of a sudden, my personal heatmap will not load on the app (android) I've cleared my data, uninstalled, and reset the phone, and nothing seems to work. Is anyone else having similar problems?

I have a 4iiii power meter, and i have discovered that there is a discrepancy between the average power i displayed in Garmin Connect and Strava. On my last ride Garmin claimed 223W, while Strava claimed 167W (Not too big numbers... hehe). That 56W in difference. I have checked that the power meter is registered, and that Strava does not estimate the power. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

Can anyone confirm whether the link to push Strava activities to the Android Fitbit app is broken?

I can’t find any option to change the start of the week from Monday to Sunday, am I missing something or is this just a feature that doesn’t exist?

Does anyone know if data from 2 Garmin devices can be used to upload data for the same activity? I use a Garmin Edge for cycling and I’d also like to be able to add heart rate from my Garmin watch for the same activities.

Hi,looked but could not find anythign on this but just got a CORE body temperature sensor. It pairs on my wahoo and comes up in the wahoo Element ride data app but does not show up on strava, any way to pair or make the data show up on strava data?thanks 

We’ve all been there… A KOM Stolen by an e-biker, people using lead outs and groups to take a KOM or something that looks so questionable you only hope teams are sweating up riders with amazing contracts…For the solo warrior whilst it’s not all about the KOMs surely these should be solo efforts and should have all data visible HR and power as if legit you should have nothing to hide.Whether Strava run the algorithm by solo rider or no other rides on the same segment within say xx seconds and all power data and HR visible it would be great to have a champion of champions league board as would help filter out races or other variables creating an automatic level playing field.

I have an issue with sharing Flyover videos into Instagram stories. If the workout excedes 10 km  doesen't load. I get an error message "something went wrong" Someone else has this issue or it's just me? I also opened a ticket they got back to me, thwy are workinv on it, but still waiting for a solution.

HelloI suddenly cannot see my monthly overview anymore. The previous graph is now empty except for one month (November). Also my monthly condition graph isn't functioning anymore. Information from the past-previously visible- is now gone. Can anybody tell me what to do to solve this? Thank youEmmy
