hi team, my name is ritz, i have a question, so i use strava since 20th of july and i only want to use the free trial at first, but accidentally i was billed for a yearly subscription and out of panicking i deleted my account because i cant cancel my bill on itunes (im still billed but i havent pay yet), i know that account deletetion is irreversible so i am confuse do if i have to pay for a year for that account that has been deleted, i created this account for reaching out, please help thanks

  Hi, I have paid yearly membership fee but still no membership rights. Pls help check. As far as I know, there is a term that the fee can be refunded if to cancel within 14 days after paid. Pls help process as i have cancel this subscription. Thanks a lot! 

For some reason my trail runs are not synced to Google Fit. When I changed the type to Run and changed the text - then it was synced.Is there a filter on Strava side which workouts to send or is the filter on Google side which workouts to import?Rgds Mikael

 Hello fellow sport-enthusiasts, I've started cycling three years ago and discovered Qoms. I love chasing qoms and gathered about 2000 of them in the those three years.Now *every* ride when I earn Qoms about half of them do not show up in my Qom results.When I go on my PC to a specific segemnt on which I am the Qom I do not get it, even if my time is much lesser than the current Qom.***What I have tried so far:- refresh results (both on the ride and on the segment page)- wait 14 days for Strava magic to happen- label my ride as a 'canoe-trip', refresh and turn it back to a bicycle ride and refresh- smacked my keyboard hard to my deskAll of this does not work.I emailed Strava and they could not help me. Just told me the 'canoe-trip-trick'.***Who has a brilliant idea?(I have added some examples for clarification and OF COURSE my rides are 'public')

Hi and help!I uploaded an activity and smashed a CR but a day later the activity disappeared and I can’t find anything. The other two guys I was with still have their activities but my activity has disappeared from their feed too. please help!?ThanksAl

Hi All, I changed my workout patterns entirely and play tennis 4-6 times a week but want to track my cardio performance etc. I play competitively now but in my strava it only offers me to switch a default to cycling. It does, however, let me manually change activities to Tennis once they are registered. My activities are tracked on my Garmin and auto-upload.  Any help, workarounds, or alternative ideas for those mainly doing non-triathlon sports are welcome. 

There's been a couple occasions when I wanted to edit my ride route after the ride was complete and there is no ability to do that.  A couple examples:The GPS tracking gets screwy and the shown route is actually not the route you took.  I'd like to be able to straighten out the screwiness after saving the ride.I forget to unpause a ride which removes all route info until I resume.  When a ride is resumed, Strava will draw a straight line from where I paused the ride to where I resumed.  I'd like to be able to fix that after completing the ride.

Is there, or could there be a way to do this? You can obviously filter on the map for your KOM’s or starred segments, but say I want to poach a KOM from someone, but it appears you need to view a list of their KOM’s and individually check which ones are close

Hi,I have a Huawei Fit 3 watch.I noticed that in my Huawei Fit record, my calorie reading is 1300+.However in Strava, it saya 400+.May I Know why is there such a huge discrepancy?I do not have such problem in my Garmin Forerunner 245.Thanks. 

Hi all.  Not long ago I could start a MTB ride on my Garmin Fenix 6 and 7 and it would start a livetrack (auto start), then I could go into strava>record>beacon, and grab the url of the ride to share.  I did not need to start a recording in the strava app because, of course, it was getting it from Garmin.  This made perfect sense. Now, no matter what I do, I cannot get a share URL for a ride to work unless I start a ride as well in the strava mobile app.  Even if I have a couple contacts with phone numbers, it does not send.  If I share the strava beacon link, the receiver gets the attached screen saying "status activity not started".  I even tried setting my phone number as one of the safety contacts thinking I would get a text of the beacon url to then put into our group rides via "whatsapp" which is the use case.  To make it work I have to record in the app, then it will show a live ride.  

I unlinked my Huawei Health account to my previous Strava account, which belongs to my sister, and linked my Huawei Health account to my new Strava account, which is mine, but it seems like my old Strava account can still be able to sync my data from my current Huawei account and nothing is syncing to my new Strava account. I'm using Huawei Watch GT4, please help me.

I have a "CMF watch pro 2" from "Nothing". How can I connect it with Strava? I found the synchronisaiton CMF to STRAVA in the app, it is done, but it doesn´t work 😞 no chance to get the training synchronized with STRAVA. What do I have to do to get the connection working?

Hi! Some of my recent activities (recorded with my apple watch) is not showing in my Strava feed. There is no “unsynced” activities, they just disappeared. How can I restore them? 

UPDATE FROM STRAVA: The issue is resolved.   Hi, is anyone else having issues getting there activity on garmin edge to upload to strava? It seems to upload fine to garmin connect but not uploading via strava. Thanks 

Hi folks. First post but I was wondering if anyone knows why the August Half Marathon challenge is finishing tomorrow 30th rather than Saturday? I’ve not see that before. Possible an error? Thanks, Paul

Hi there, will the change apply to users who join a group challenge or just to those who want to create a group challenge? We would like to create a challenge for volunteers at our charity to all participate in and were wondering if just one of us needs a paid account, to order to create the challenge, and then everyone else involved can join it with free accounts? Thanks! I have already started my a month trail and paid subscription from end of Sep. I tried to invite others to my group but they are not allowed to join without a subscription. Please could you help me.

My ride this evening does not appear on my personal heat map.   Following the recommendation from other forum posts, I changed the activity to something else (Badminton) and then back to Ride.  It still doesn't appear on my heat map. https://www.strava.com/activities/12106985405

Good day, I'm having trouble seeing any flybys.  It is showing my route but no other riders.  I've been out on busy days at popular spots and a few people I've ridden recorded rides but did not show up on flybys.I checked my privacy settings and all seems fine.  I haven't seen any flybys on my last 10 rides or so, not one.  Any suggestions or solutions?Viewing on a 2017 MacBook Air using Safari.

Hello all, On of my rides are not shown on the Heatmap, even though the activity has been recorded: https://www.strava.com/activities/9062889956  Anyone else who have met this problem or is there some kind of box I have ticked, that makes this ride invisible on the Heatmap? Best Thorkild

It is necessary to be able to separate running power from cycling power. They are measured differently and it is obvious that they are not comparable. The FTP measured in cycling cannot be compared with the FTP measured in running and that makes all metrics based on FTP or the power curve no longer useful.

Hi, i have an activity from my garmin that uploaded to strava. It notified me and its on notifications on strava and on my training log but not on my profile or feed. I have tried everything, please help!

I have recently created two new segments to add a little competition to the Wednesday evening run for my running group. However, having created them, historical data has been pulled from as far back as 2016 and data from activities that have obviously been entered incorrectly e.g. a run that was actually a cycle. As an example, the leader of a segment I have recently created 'ran' at 1:45 mins/km which equates to 25 miles/hr.Is there an option to create a completed new segment with no historical data? Is there an option to reduce how far back historical data is pulled from?

I can no longer upload photos after upgrading to iOS 17. The settings for photo library access are set to private with no other options to change to. Help please. 

I'm using multiple bikes, includin an ebike for tracking with StravaUnfortunately the bike distance goals are either buggy or make no sense.Personal bike distance goals do not consider ebike rides. But I can't set a distance goal only for ebike rides either.In my profile stats, ebike rides do contribute to my bike stats, and additionally ,there I can filter for ebike rides only.So this is really not consistent at all.Pleaser let ebike rides contribute to the personal distance goals too,
