Curious if there’s anything that can be done to have turn by turn directions on live segments. I imagine you could add a route but it would be helpful to have directions during a segment and even directions to nearby segments.

Hi, the last few walks I’ve done on the Strava app don’t appear to be recording my step count. I’ve checked all permissions from apple health and vice versa and they are all on, tried to crop the route slightly just to see it would reset but nothing. Any ideas?

I am trying to sync my fitness data with Strava. It has been syncing fine up until a few days ago. It usually gets data from Polar but for some reason it stopped syncing. In the android app the page to connect to Google fit is buggy. Keeps skipping to option to connect where I press continue then it goes to next page where I click done then it returns back to the same page where I already clicked continue...Round and round. Please help.    

I only have two entries on my strava one years ago and one earlier this year. Everything else has vanished including my marathons. Has this happened to anyone or has anything happened in recent times where stuff gets scrubbed. The first entry was from 2015 btw. Thanks in advance.Be gutted if they are gone

 I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the latest update that introduced the ‘Map only’ feature. A few months ago, I raised a concern about the usability of the maps being significantly reduced due to the overlaying of suggested routes that couldn’t be toggled off. This cluttered the map view and made the tool very cumbersome to use.I’m thrilled to see that this new update has completely solved that issue! The ability to have a clean, uncluttered map view has greatly improved usability. It’s clear that the team listened to the feedback from the community, and I really appreciate the effort put into making this change.It’s not often that we get to say thank you for a fix, so I wanted to make sure to share my appreciation. Keep up the great work! 

How is average power calculated for a bike ride if you don’t have a power meter?  Thank you.

I use a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt V1 with a Wahoo cadence sensor. My average cadence in Wahoo and Strava is always different, with Strava always being lower.Does Strava take 0rpm into account for its average? There is a setting in the Wahoo Elemnt to include zeros in the average count, which I have disabled. I am guessing this is why, but I just wanted to ask here in case someone already had come across this in the past. 

I've noticed that the photos I upload to Strava no longer display on the maps of my activities. I believe this may be related to the privacy controls described in this help article (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025920332-Strava-s-Privacy-Controls-FAQ). However, the article doesn't describe how "near" to a hidden portion of the activity photos must be to be hidden, and the behavior doesn't seem consistent. For example, I have activities from earlier this year with photos taken within a few blocks of a hidden portion that are displayed, and more recent activities with photos taken several miles from the hidden portion that aren't displayed. Hey, I have a problem with the pacing system. Before Strava showed me the pace per each kilometer and now it seems to be the average pace from my run which isn’t optimal for interval training. I have a Strava subscription, which I think should make it able so I can see the pace per kilometer.  anyone have any ideas on what I could do to fix it? 

Since a few months the graphs in the activities show 2 metrics, of which always the altitude profile which is hiding the underlying metric, like speed, heart beat, power etc... how can I go back to graphs with only 1 metric, without the altitude profile?

Hello,Recently I faced the below issue while recording my workout through strava.I did a treadmill run of 10.23km in 79 mins from 08:30am to 09:40am. I recorded this activity as Indoor Run on my watch through Strava app for Galaxy Watch Active 2. The app recorded the duration correctly but showed the distance as 10.8km so I edited the distance to 10.23km before saving the activity on watch app.Now when the activity was synced by watch strava app to strava account the duration was synced correctly but the distance is changed to 5.1km and start time shown is 02:45am. So my starva account shows wrong details but watch strava app is still showing correctly. Tried multiple resyncs but no use.I have recorded activities multiple times before but there was no such issue ever. This is the first time such issue has occurred. Please suggest a solution to this issue. So I’ve been recording a bunch of Strava activities on my mobile as well as Garmin watch. I’ve realised the phone GPS is largely inaccurate at times, adding multiple additional miles on my runs, really exaggerating my PBs for all distances. I’ve now deleted the runs recorded on my phone but it hasn’t automatically updated the original runs from the watch to show PBs. I’m worried this ghost data will affect my future runs. I really don’t want to have to create a new account. Any advice is great. 

Hi,I use an Apple Watch and all of my other data appears when my runs are uploaded except for my heart rate. I checked the health settings and ensured that all of the possible information is shared. I am confused because my heart rate used to appear until June 7th and suddenly stopped, but I don't believe I changed any settings.

I have tried two different accepted formats and get the following error message after briefly flashing the screen I would fill in the info:"Time information is missing from file. More information"When I click "more information" I get "Oops " the page doesn't live here and directed to general Strava online help.Tonje

I just paid for a premium to be able to use Beacon when I'm out with my bike. I have a new Apple Watch Ultra with cellular and wanted to be able to go for a ride without my phone and a bike computer while still sending my location to my wife.I rode today and - there seems to be no way to have cadence data? I can't find a way to pair a sensor in the watch or use the already paired sensor (via Apple fitness).Never in a million years could I have imagined that a cycling app would not support cadence data?Also, the UI is basically unusable when trying to have a quick glance - the Apple App is miles ahead...Did I miss something or are there any plans on improving this mess? Seems like I have just waisted 75 EUR on this...

My record from zepp os not synchronize to strava, how to fix that

Hi all!I recently resubscribed to Strava and I noticed that almost all of my activities are left out from heatmaps. I have chosen: All time All sports Include private activities So I think all of them should be on the heatmap, but almost none of them are included, even some quite recent activities are missing

I would actually like to know how to remove an inaccurately recorded part from my route. My Fitbit is linked to my Strava app, but while my Fitbit knows I've stopped, Strava kept recording my drive home after my run.  AKA, I ran 8 miles, not 20. 🙄

Hello all!I've been using Strava for about a year with my Watch4. I recently upgraded my phone and the Strava app is now showing elapsed time as the main display, where it used to be average pace, on runs.The pace is displayed in Strava orange and is now much smaller, and when I'm out I can't see it easily!Any advice on how to change it back?TIA 😊 Gary

I recorded 2 rock climbing sessions last week: one for 1h 21m and one for 1h 27m, however when I look under "Rock Climb" in the "This week" section of my profile, it says I only did 56m of rock climbing. I have a similar problem with the week before.  I'm wondering if this has to do with the fact that I just got a new Garmin watch and started recording these activities as a "workout" on the watch and and then switching them to "rock climb" once they have uploaded to Strava. 

When importing my workout from my Apple watch, the splits come into Strava as total miles vs. the splits recorded in my workout.  Is there a setting adjustment that needs made so they match?
