Since early March importing a swim from a tcx file gives errors. The time and heart rate come through, but not the distance (says it is 0m). It does seem to have it under the individual laps. I cannot see how to edit it, and if I create a manual entry instead, all the lap data is lost. Is this a known error? How can I fix it?

I was a bit too fast re-activating my subscription. It's now linked to my old account (the one I'm logged on with here). I need to move it to my active account. How can I do this?

The weekly heatmap doesn't seem very useful. Because the heat scale is global, areas with a lot of cyclists just show almost every road as red, and areas without a lot of cyclists just show everything as blue. It's OK, though not great, in high-usage areas but, in lower-usage areas, the heatmap just looks like an ordinary road map, except that a few very minor roads are coloured "barely anyone cycles here" rather than "only a few people cycle here". To be useful, I think there needs to be a way of adjusting the heat scaling, so that one can set the most popular roads in a given area to show up red, even if they're not very popular on the global scale. There could even be an option in the user interface to automatically scale the heat so that the most popular road displayed at the moment is red, regardless of how popular it actually is.

My all time PR is not showing up on the leaderboard. Everything in my settings is turned on for everyone to see.  

i click on the segment, and it gives me the all-time top 10 leader board, but is there a way to compare to my top 10 best efforts?i cant even remember when the last time i did this route, or i would go back and select a previous date to compare this PRthanks

I record my run using strava on my phone, not using watch. During run (after 1km), the pace is "9 30". After I finished the run, the pace split in the activity log is "9 15". How can i fix this?

Hello,  I am new to Strava and trying to figure out if the premium version is worth it. I have previously used Nike Run Club. A couple of questions I need help with.. 1. can you view the heart rate zones on your Apple Watch whilst you are running? I know you can see the data after. Is it possible to see the time spent in each zone on Strava Apple Watch? 2. can you only see current pace if you have the premium version?

I am a Trails Coordinator in my city. I would like to create a contest for people to ride/run/walk a certain segment of trail. Each lap they do can count as a point, and perhaps the fastest time can count as some amount of bonus points. Each point is equivalent to an entry into a drawing, with the grand prize and a few secondary prizes being awarded at the end of the month. I want to do this for each month, rotating through some of our trails that don't see as much attention in order to help motivate folks to use them. If you completed the contest each month, you're eligible for a big end-of-year prize.In order to accomplish this, I need athletes to opt-in somehow (so only people aware of the contest are eligible for prizes), and I need to be able to see all of the opted-in athletes that completed the task, how many times they completed the task, and who did it fastest.It seems like the type of thing a "Challenge" might be able to achieve, but there's no avenue for me

Good afternoon; I am a Strava Subscriber; And I created a segment on the streets of my neighborhood that is a drawing of a Christmas Tree, and last year, we held an event together with my runner friends, for a solidarity training to collect boxes of chocolates to make up Christmas baskets. for needy families in my neighborhood, and each runner athlete donated one or more boxes of candy; It was a success, we collected more than 100 boxes; and this year we will repeat it, so I was wondering if there is the possibility of all the athletes who participate going full circle in the follow-up; publish on Strava (whether the athlete is a subscriber or not);

How can I create group challenge for 1000 athletes 

I have my own personal account and created a club for my hockey club (on my account). How do I create challenges on the club? I only have the option to create events but we want to create challenges in order to see who ran the most and who completed the most challenges.I am able to create group challenges but it is then linked to my profile and not the club.

I am about to celebrate 60 YO, and want to create a challenge for myself (1963km in 60 days) is it possible to create such a challenge on Strava where the app counts my km within the time frame?  Thank you all 

Hello, I've created a distance-based group challenge at work; however, I cannot add more than 25 participants.  If I subscribe to Strava, will that limit change?

Hi, I created a group challenge last year but the max number of participants I could add into a group challenge was (I think) 25. I therefore had to set up a few groups we had about 60 participators.I hope to run the same challenge again this July and just read that the max capacity per group has now been raised to 200? Is anyone able to confirm if this is correct? If so then great! - if not I’ll have to figure out another way of sorting the challenge so that everyone is in one group. 

Hi there, I recent got the app to try it out. I then tried to cancel the subscription before the annual subscription was taken out due to not really getting on with the app and have just seen that the money has still been taken from bank. Is there anyway I can please be refunded as tried to cancel the subscription before it purchased it for the year. 

This has happened a few times during my 8km lunch run at work.Basically during the whole run my Apple watch will say avg. pace: 5:45 per KM and also when finishing the run it says the same on the summary on the watch. But when I look at the summary on my iPhone it says 5:30 avg. pace per KM.Another thing is also that is will say 5:41 elapsed avg pace. but I never pause the run or actually stop (except once or twice for 1-2 seconds for cars at crosswalks). So everything feels off right now, the HR, the pace, the elapsed time.- Apple Watch SE- No auto-pause- Not manually pausing- iPhone is with me during the run and connected with Bluetooth to my watch. 

When I select Strava segments in Garmin Connect it only saves this for a few minutes and then reverts back to the Garmin segments checkbox being selected. Anyone else had this issue?

Hello, I am facing an issue with syncing my Garmin Forerunner 245 to Strava recently. When  I try to attempt to upload my activities, I am getting error code 503, indicating 'Service Unavailable'. This problem emerged around a week ago and has persisted despite my efforts to resolve it. I have tried restarting both my Garmin watch and the Strava app, reinstalled the app, and verified my internet connection, which appears stable. Even after this , the problem not resolved . I have checked https://communityhub.strava.com/t5/strava-features-chat/bd-p/strava-features-chat-rpa discussions but still need help .   Any advice would be greatly appreciated. So I created my account and I selected some sport including bicycle, hike and running. But when I try to change my default sport for hiking, it isn't visible in the dropdown, there is only cycling and running visible.   Any help will be appreciated 🙂

I would like to have a custom text or just normal text like "Morning run","Evening run"... instead of brand name text "Huawei activity" on strava from Huawei health and I have to edit all of time. I am not sure where to adjust it on huawei health or on strava? If any solution please help Thanks Phuc
