Hi all,  When I try to open my saved routes on mobile app, I have the following error pop up message: “something went wrong, please try again”I already try to:- log out/log in - log out, delete app / reinstall app and log in - also restarted the phone the same problem persists. This is very annoying since I’m mostly paying strava for this feature. Does anyone have a solution? thanks in advance. 

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the recently updated functionality to flag Activities is currently not working and I get this error…  The Activity I am trying to report is number 12924442083 - a “bike ride” with a sustained speed over 70 mph (where the speed limit is 50 mph) 

How do I sync my workouts from ULTRAHUMAN app to Strava so I can see my HR data when i run

Hi,I went on a hike but forgot to end it, so the drive back home was registered as part of the activity and also showed up on the heatmap.Cropping the activity removed the drive from the hike, but this didn't remove the 8 kilometers of driving from the heatmap. It's been weeks and the map has not updated to reflect the edited activity.What do?

A Segment is exactly that, a segment of a route or journey, it has nothing to do with a rider name or bike type! Strava needs to sort the leaderboard arguments out in their App so that each different bike type doesn’t have to keep reinventing the wheel by re-entering segments that are we have been used to using for years and just because we change bike type for a ride we are punished and lose the segments!

Today recorded 22k in my activity.  Actually only 14k.  And Strava even reports both.  See screenshots. 

I am using Apple Watch Ultra 2 for runningsine march 2025 I am runningi don’t know why but Strava only sync my activities from june 2025apple watch run 2025 - 712kmIn Strava app - 400km  Strava missed about 3 month of activity and I don’t know how to sync them any solution please ? thank you

I recorded a run using my phone (forgot my watch). I can see the activity but it’s not counting toward my progress or showing on my social feed

The new rounded column style (top) detracts from the visual alignment / absorption with workout charts.  It makes it more difficult to align perspective from left to right between columns and relative to the axes.Cosmetically it appears as a lower precision option, especially on a small phone screen.What value/outcome was determined to be achieved with this new design?  Did the community request a change or is this just a consequence of an updated design system?  Was it user tested before full release?thx

I want to change the email address associated with my account for accessibilty reason but everytime I change it, it tells that something went wrong and try again later. Please help me with this. It's pretty shitty that I spend my year gathering data with Strava....5 years now actually, I can cannot access some sort of data for "Year In Review". Not a good business model and I think it will show in users leaving the app long term. One of many cheap things Stands is doing. 😢

For a week or so now the map that is displayed when opening an activity defaults to the middle of Africa. Likely the equator  at Null Island rather than defaulting to the activity area /  showing the activity on the map. I’m a strava user of many years so am used to Strava’s quirks from time to time, but this seems to persist and I am not sure anyone else is having the same issue. It only seems to be an issue on desktop / website. I cant see anything awry in settings Etc and think s like OS maps and Google seem to default to my rough area as usual. But again this is an issue when viewing saved activities not when recording new ones, so usually it doesnt matter where I am, it defaults to the area of the activity. I.e. When I am at home in North West England and view an activity in France the map opens showing the part of France relating to the activity 

Hey everyone,I just got the Xiaomi Watch S4 recently and have been using it with the Mi Fitness app. It’s already linked to Strava, and my outdoor walking activities sync perfectly no problem there.But here’s the issue:Any outdoor cycling activity I record using the watch does not sync to Strava.I tried short tests (500m+, GPS was on, strong signal) still nothing shows up on my Strava account.Things I’ve tried:✅ Unlinked & relinked Strava✅ Restarted both phone and watch✅ Tried both WiFi and mobile data✅ Synced Mi Fitness with Google Fit (still didn’t show in Strava)It’s honestly super frustrating since cycling is my main cardio and I was expecting this flagship watch to handle that no problem. This has been going on for months. I can’t start a run without a premium ad popping up on my screen. I have to view my stats through my Home Screen because the app isn’t functional. Until this is resolved and I stop getting these ads, I will be using Nike Run Club. Thank you and please settle this asap. I’ve been using this app for years and it’s really frustrating that I have to abandon my data. Thank you,Brandon

Someone created a route with komoot for the group to run.she sent te link to the route, but now i want to import it to my strava in order to display in on my wahoo

For my pool swims or indoor bikerides I would like to add a location, like the name of the pool.Something similar as the gear option. A text field would be nice..I do not favour of putting it in the title. Difficult for selections. 

Hola, a alguien más le pasa que la distancia con la aplicación nativa no coincide con Strava. En mi caso el Samsung wacht7 me dice que he corrido 6 km y en Strava me sale 5.80 km. Algún detalle en la aplicación o algo que sepan

I noticed in the global heatmap in new york city, if you set the sports to “all sports” there weird squares all over the place. they are especially prominent if you set it specifically to “all cycle sports” or just “ride” only. they are perfectly north-south oriented, and are 0.25x0.25 miles (or 1 mile in circumference)it does not take much to tell that there are no such routes that exist in the city. so what causes these? I’m also wondering if it’s just on my side.. 

so i recently started to cycle on a Bluetooth Connected fitness bike.  i Connect my Apple Watch and record to Apple fitness. once done i import to Strava. I want to show the distance i have cycled but Strava is not showing the data even though its avaible via Apple fitness. is This a missing feature? A bug? Am i missing someting?  Best reguards.

Several times now my Apple watch is stopping with low battery after a run with Strava. I record my 50 min run in my watch (series 6) with battery on ~50%.Soming back home, before I can synchronize the run, the watch suddenly turns off due to low battery power. If I can manage to synchronize the run immediately as I get home, the battery level remains OK.Also the recharging, getting back to live takes longer  and it drains the battery down immediately as long the run ist not synched. After synching everything is back to normal. Any idea how to solve this issue?
