My Strava annual cycle goal has stalled.  Rides in the last 2 months have not been added towards my annual goal.  Suggestions? 

My run activity seems stuck on my iphone I tried deleting the app and reinstalling as well as powering off my device and still stuck. Don’t want to lose my streak ;)

Does anyone have any information on the DT Swiss carbon wheel stop use/recall notice? Does anyone know what incidents have occurred? I am stuck with a €4k bike that they say I shouldn’t use. 

Hey, i got come from my ride an hour or so ago and my activity has been stuck on “processing activity” since then. I did a small run afterwards to test it and that appeared however my ride is not processing is there a fix for this?thanks in advance!

This new update keeps cropping my photos and I looks bad to me. I can't share (advertise Strava) when I can't see my photos properly. How to fix? 

Add the North orientation arrow back to maps. This would be useful to know what direction we are pointing in when navigating, and just for ease of use.

One of my analysis on my own training is to look at my ride map and view it in power zones based on my selected FTP/Vo2max, when I look at power and heart rate in general its very difficult to see the strain on the effort, on my own Api I have done this at the top of the picture you can see the the power zone for each and including the FTP calculated, I have other options to filter segments and laps, also the time aggregated average so bunch the wattage every 20 seconds,30, 60, 2 minutes, thats what the sliders alow you to adjust

I have loads of routes but when I click on one via the mobile app, you can’t work out which route is yours because the map shows all routes in the area. I can’t work out how to turn that off. Photo above of my 18km run route amidst all the others

Hello With the release of version 421.8 I've got my navigation map about 1/3 covered with popup screens which I have no use for while e.g. hiking, and which are not possible to hide. This prevents me of having a good overview over the surrounding terrain while moving. In the previous version the distance, avg speed was on another collapsed screen which I had no need for to see constantly. This new feature on version 421.8 is very annoying to me. Planning to quit subscription threfor and switch to Komoot which is more suitable for hikers... 😬

How does one get around false flags? I mean, I don’t mind a road ride on a gravel bike being flagged because I’ve beaten a shed load of KOMS but, I certainly didn’t so I can’t work out why it would remove me from any leaderboards. Any ideas? None of the speeds are unusual for my historical data either…. 

Hi Strava Support,I recently discovered the gear tracking feature and added my bike to my account. I set the gear's start date to a point in the past (when I actually started using it), but I noticed that Strava only begins counting kilometers from the date I added the gear — not from the backdated start date I selected.At the time I started using the bike, I wasn’t aware of the gear feature. It would be very helpful if Strava could retroactively assign past activities to gear based on the chosen start date.Is there a way to apply gear to past activities automatically based on that date, or is manual editing the only option?Thanks in advance!Best regards,Boštjan

I have the 51mm version of the Fenix 8 Solar Sapphire and have noticed an odd discrepancy in the device naming convention. Every activity I have seen from someone with the 47mm version of the F8 Solar Sapphire has their device type listed as “Garmin fenix 8 Solar Sapphire” while those with the 51mm of the same watch has their device type listed as “Garmin fenix 8 Solar” without the Sapphire showing in the name (despite it being a sapphire watch face.) Is there a reason for this discrepancy when they are otherwise the same watch? 

There are three items within our running/cycling group that have really been chafing us: I’m not sure how to completely describe this but I’ll give it a go - across the top of the map, a “layer” of buttons was added whereby you can “Upload GPX”, “Reverse Route”, Redo/Undo, Trash, Display Heatmaps, and Display segments, etc. A large number of the phantom “distance jumps”  -and- “Red Box - Sorry We Couldn’t complete...” errors are due to this layer interfering with dropping a waypoint.  Any time a waypoint is added on the top 15-20% of the map, it registers a waypoint was added but fails to formally assign it to a location as this “layer” seems to interfere.  As the mouse moves, the waypoint sticks to the cursor and causes all kinds of havoc because it can’t actually place the waypoint.  If you are re-routing, this same issue causes a secondary problem because it will also plot the “finish flag” in the same location once it fina

I have seen several people raise concerns about integrity of Segment leaderboards, mostly due to the wrong Activity type (using an E-bike on a "ride" or a bike on a "run") or leaving Strava running at the end of an Activity and hence recording a subsequent car journey. For what it's worth, here's my approach to trying to help maintain Segment integrity in my area.  In the last 5 years I have attempted about 6200 bike Segments, all within a few miles of where I live.  I use the excellent VeloViewer companion for Strava which allows me to get lists of all my Activities and Segment efforts.  It allows me to export data to a spreadsheet and so I can have a spreadsheet of all the Segments I have attempted, complete with my leaderboard position, best time, KOM time, etc.  Generally the Segment data is very good with very few suspect KOMs.  Roughly once per week I download the data to a spreadsheet and do a comparison with equivalent data from the week befor

Several watersports are already listed (sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc.) and I would like to add wingfoiling but (for an somewhat obscure reason) there is no obvious way to add or even suggest such addition.

Some of my segment times are incorrect.  When I look at “comparisons” against earlier times for a given segment, there is a point on the segment that Strava randomly adds 20 minutes or so to my current time, as if I stopped and waited for 20 minutes, even though I did not stop at that point.   For example, I rode in Dupont yesterday and on Wilke Trail the replay of the route on the computer shows my position roughly equal to my earlier time through most of the segment, then at a few hundred yards from the end, my current ride time jumps up 20 minutes, leaving me 20 minutes slower than the PR ride, even though it was almost identical.  I have had this happen probably 6 times.  

Hello! So, this is similar to other inquiries. I just can't calm my mind because i am a student and the annual subscription is a huge amount for me.Last June 18 i tried to get me a free trial to strava app, i processed everything thru strava app. Then after a few hours, i cancelled it (also thru strava app bc i thought it would be cancelled to where i also subscribed). Then just this July 18, 1680php was deducted to my gcash account. I just found out that i needed to cancel it thru google play.I then cancelled it thru google play and submitted an appeal. It was denied, saying it does not align with their policy. So i contacted strava support. Submitted a ticket, they replied and asked me to give them necessary details. I finished doing that then also emailed their zendesk account. I already did everything you guys are saying to get support. I just now want to know if i should just sit and wait or try and try strava to notice my report. I already followed up yesterday.

 After running daily for 3-4 weeks, I learned a lot about running, which I actually forgot because I was running a lot in elementary school. Here are the points I re-learned. 1. Weather. This is a surprisingly good thing I learned. The weather is the most important factor in running. If it is too hot, with the sun shining, it adds extra pressure. And when you don't have a cap or anything to cover your head in this heat, the pressure doubles. On the other hand, days with clouds and wind can help you a lot when running, as you feel grateful.2. Track. The place where you are running is kind of crucial. Since I happen to live just two steps away from the running track in the local park, it makes running easier and more convenient to reach. So I don't have to spend extra time

I got a new layout on my phone (iphone12) but it’s not showing live segments anymore. It is telling me that I’m doing splits, which I’m sure I didn’t ask for, but I’m not seeing any data on these either. Any way to restore live segments please?
