I have added a pair of running shows to my profile which already had 160km. But Strava starts counting at 0 and does not allow me to specify or edit the distance.The same feature on Runna works just fine. 

Using an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and an iPhone 15 Pro. All of my workouts done on the Apple Watch are saved in Apple Health and push to Strava just fine with all metrics and maps syncing to Strava.EXCEPT FOR SNOWBOARDING.With Snowboarding, I only see the total mileage. That’s it. The number of runs don’t sync and the maps don’t sync. I can see that the number of runs and the maps are saved in the Fitness app on my iPhone and Apple Health.I’ve double and triple checked the permissions between Apple Health and Strava. I’ve turned off all sync permissions between the two and restarted. I’ve stood on my head and held out my tongue…. (well maybe I never did that).And nothing changes. Maps and number of runs don’t push from Apple Health to Strava.Is this a bug? Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to rectify this?

I am suscribed to Strava premium and I have some issues that I can’t find answers to. I am missing some features:1) Strava doesnt feature the map/route of what i readmy best efforts are not updated at all I have no idea where. Anyone have any suggestions? I cant find anything in a FAQ and cant find a strava live support

I found it strange that Strava Activities are always a bit shorter than what my watch says.And I know for a fact that my watch is correct, because when doing races, it is always spot on with the official times.Let’s focus on my last activity. If I open it on strava and ask to create a route from my activity, this is what I get: At the bottom, it says 7.1Km, which is EXACTLY what my watch recorded for that route.But if I look at the Activity map, it’s like I a taking shortcuts that are not possible, as it goes straight where the road curves: The resut is 90m difference on a 7100m route:

Bonjour, j'ai un souci depuis la dernière mise à jour de Strava.  Quand je suis en vélo et que je débute une sortie avec un itinéraire défini. Ce dernier s'efface de la carte après que l'écran se soit éteint … Je suis obligé de faire retour sur l'accueil de Strava et de retourner dans "enregistrer" pour que l'itinéraire s'affiche de nouveau. C'est absolument pas pratique car je dois déverrouiller mon téléphone en roulant.  Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? J'ai désinstallé l'application mais rien n'y fait.  D'avance merci !

As a former paying member of Strava, I'm highly disappointed with the way many WearOS users have been left out for 6 months now. Since the new map, I can't find the compass to set the north up. Where is it now? 

I have disabled the app integration between Peloton and Strava, which I believe should stop photos of the workout instructor from posting to strava, but it does not. Is there another way to remove these? Alternatively, I believe most people who post from Peloton don’t want the photos of instructors in their feed based on what I see online. Could this part of the partner integration be removed?   

Why can't we see the kms displayed in the statistics of Club? Instead we see the total hours of the activities. How can I change it to kms?

Strava m'a exclus mes segments de ma dernière activité. Sur la plupart des segments je n'ai pas fait mon meilleur temps et sur 32 segments,  sur seulement 3 j'ai fait mon meilleur temps mais je ne suis même pas dans les 10 premiers. Nous étions en groupe et n'avons j'amais dépassé les 60 kms h avec une moyenne de 34 sur 100 kms 

Hey Strava team,Just a quick suggestion — it’d be super helpful if we could change the Name and Privacy settings of a saved route in the mobile app without having to go into edit mode and move something on the map.Right now, if I just want to change its name or make a route private or public, I still have to pretend to edit it, which feels a bit clunky. Would be a matter of adding a new “Edit name and privacy” option that takes you directly to step where they can be modified. Example:New option to directly edit name and privacy: That takes users right straight to the view where these settings can be adjusted: 

Hello  its been seven day's since i requested a refund and yet I didn't get a response to an team, its only a automated response and when i check my ticket in it's says status solved.how is that possible? I didn't receive my refund? howw?

I want to be able to export select data from "My Activities" (not an entire Bulk Export of "My Account" and not just a single activity; for example, just all "Ride" activities) and don't see a way to do that anywhere on the Strava platform - I can filter to just "Ride" in the interface and view the results, but I don't see any way to export the data for those Rides to a CSV spreadsheet (the "Share" dropdown on the right has no such option). Preferably I would even be able to filter the export such as all Rides for a particular month to get a monthly snapshot. Any guidance or link to a relevant article would be appreciated.

Hi everyone! I noticed that someone has marked me as a favorite on Strava. Is there a way to remove myself from their favorites list or undo this somehow? I’d prefer not to be on that list, but I can’t find an option to manage it?  Thanks in advance 😊 

I filed a refund ticket after I was charged for an annual plan following the end of my free subscription. According to the guidelines, I was instructed to cancel the subscription (which I did) and provide proof of the charge, stating that I’m eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.It has now been 16 days since I submitted the ticket, but I’ve received no response from Strava’s customer service.I get that they probably have a lot of support tickets to solve, but I would simply like to be assured that I’ll still get the refund even if they reply outside of the 14 day window. Thanks!

Hi everyone,I’m currently experiencing an issue where segment results are being recorded and visible in my activities, but I’m not receiving any awards such as personal records (PRs), second or third place trophies—even when I’ve clearly achieved a better time than before.Here’s what I’ve checked so far: Segment efforts are listed under the activity, so Strava is recognizing them. My activity is public and synced directly from my device (not a manual upload). The GPS data looks accurate and follows the segment correctly. I’ve also tried refreshing achievements, but that didn’t solve the issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any idea why PRs and other awards might not be showing up even though the segments are detected?Thanks in advance for your help!

When I’m doing a tempo run with short distance so today I ran a programme of 8x 400 m @ pace with a 2 min rest.  (There was no auto lap set on my garmin) Why is Strava then adding my rest pace into my average 1k? When I’m not actually running a 1k. Do I have to pause my watch when I’m on a rest then unpause when starting to run? Please note I had this programmed as a workout on my garmin. It also happens when I’m hitting to lap button between runs   this is so frustrating!! 

I use a Garmin watch for running. For various reasons I don't want to upload directly from Garmin to Strava. So can I use an intermediate app? I have tried using Nike run club but it hasn't worked so far. I have integrated nrc with Garmin and runs upload with no problem to nrc. But having also integrated nrc with Strava they will not post to Strava after they reach nrc. Is that normal? If so, are there any alternatives?

UPDATE FROM STRAVA:   Hello all! We are going to mark this Known Issue as resolved. As of now, Peloton is working on the issue and if any athlete's are having repeated issues, please reach out to Peloton for updates/troubleshooting (https://support.onepeloton.com/). In the meantime, the workaround would be to enter the missed activity manually on Strava to get the credit for the missing activities.  Not sure where to report this - I put a note up on Reddit and I'm not the only one having this issue.  If you use the Peloton App (I was traveling and using at a Hotel Gym) any classes will usually sync with Strava - for some reason any of the Walk/Run classes will no lo

Hi everyone! I launched two tickets with Strava support because I had an issue with my subscriptions.In june I used a 30-day trial which was extended and I payed the yearly cost for this. In July (after the trial period had ended and I already payed the yearly cost) I was not able to use the subscription so I had to buy another subscription to actually get access to my subscription.Now I have to active subscriptions on one and the same account and I can obviously only use one of them. I believe there was an issue with the app because the subscription with the trial period was not working and I had to cancel it and buy a new one to actually get access to the premium features. I already reached out to Strava Support about this twice and provided them with all the documents (payment tickets, photos of active and inactive subscriptions, …) but still have not received any kind of answer from anyone.Is this normal?
