Gosto muito do aplicativo, uso com frequência e ele realmente motiva a manter uma rotina ativa.Porém, como tudo pode evoluir, acho que já passou da hora de incluir uma opção específica para “corrida na areia da praia”.É um tipo de terreno muito comum para muitos corredores, principalmente no Brasil, e faz diferença tanto no desempenho quanto na análise do treino.Fica a sugestão com carinho de quem realmente curte o app e quer ver ele cada vez melhor!

J’avais souscrit à l’essai d’un mois dans le but de tester les fonctionnalités, mais j’ai oublié de résilier avant la fin de la période d’essai. Je ne souhaite pas conserver l’abonnement annuel, et je n’ai malheureusement pas les moyens de payer cette somme actuellement. Hello, I would usually post this message in the ideas section, but wanted to get more feedback on it first. Right now, the idea might be too complex or convoluted for Strava to open it to voting. Does anyone else think that Strava should develop different tiers or categories for segment competitiveness? I love segments, and prefer seeing more rather than less segments. However, Strava doesn’t currently differentiate the prestigious segments from the segments that are just lucky to exist. For instance, you could run the Boston Marathon segment and then run a completely random segment afterwards. On your stats page, the two segments will look equally important. There are verified segments, but there are only a handful of them located in a few megacities. Personally, I think Strava should develop a “Competition Category” similar to its Climb Categories. This Competition Category would give segments a ranking based on a formula that would include number of attempts,

Im honestly just a bit confused and could use some explanation; just ran 30km for the first time, making it in 2 hours and 54 minutes. However it says my moving time is 2 hours and 33 minutes. I dont really understand how this works and just wanted to see if anyone would like to explain it all to me?

We have taken a family account. I had a free account and my son a paid account. When my son send me the link that I can access the paid account I get an error that I don’t live in the same country. We both live in the Netherlands and that is also what our accounts say. How to solve this?I created a ticket two weeks ago and somehow they are so busy at Strava that I don’t get an answer. Only standard emails that they are too busy. What a service 

I’m having the hardest time trying to figure out the best way to set up this challenge.4 Weeks. 4 Winners. All they have to do to be entered to win the prize is to run a 5K. Each week they complete a 5K they’re entered to win but none of the group challenge settings seem to be right.

I just want to ask if strava really refund if you submit a ticket? 

If I’m paying for premium, I don’t want to see advertisements for Runna or any other company.  

Hi Strava Developer Team,I’m a long-time Strava user and coach, and I use third-party tools like RunGap to sync training data from Garmin.One persistent issue is that Strava’s API does not currently allow third-party apps to assign gear (e.g. shoes or bikes) when uploading activities. As a result, this information needs to be manually updated every time, which breaks the otherwise smooth syncing workflow and diminishes the value of tracking gear-specific stats like shoe mileage.Could I request that you consider adding support for gear assignment via the Activities API — either by gear ID or name — during upload or in a subsequent PATCH call?This would benefit a lot of users who work across platforms.Thanks for considering this, and keep up the excellent work.All the best,Sean BarkesProfessional Coach

Hi,I wanted to adjust the HR zones from the default to the Karvonen ones, as they seem more realistic for me. On doing this i discovered that even though this change boosted time in zone 4 (less zone 3) for near identical rides, it halved the RE (relative effort).On inspection just the act of switching the HR zones to custom, but setting the zone boundaries to those calculated by the 'auto' feature had the same effect. (Forcing a recalculation by switching ride type and back)I want to carry on getting the consistent RE so I can look at the historical 'fitness' (aka training load) data, so I shall carry on with the Auto zones. To me this can only be a bug, unless there is something I am missing?

I’d like to see more attention paid to managing cycling gear, especially the historic categorization and usage monitoring for components carried over from bike to bike. Currently, there’s no way to transfer an any component from one bike to another to continue mileage and use case tracking.  For example, using all the existing components from a “current bike” and moving them to a new frameset.  Another example would be using multiple chains in rotation, in particular, waxed chains.  Right now, there can only be 1 iteration of a component linked to a “current bike”.The only option is to create a new ”Bike” and monitor its progress from there. Additionally, the starting date of a component can’t be retroactively set, leaving little to no options for reusing parts from one bike to another.From what I understand, a components “starting date” could be useful here.  I cannot be the only person who re-uses parts across bikes.

The global heatmap is not loading for me on android when I click. I have to reinstall the app to make it appear.

Hi everyone, I'm new here ! A friend of mine ran a race yesterday and unusually for the first time Strava added 1hr10mins to the recording ? She had switched the watch timing off after crossing the line - others running with her did not have this. She has a Garmin series 2 Venu watch, which she says just automatically links direct to Strava. I don't think she has Garmin connect (as I do as well) to see what that says. Any ideas, or how to rectify the mistake - she is a bit upset ! Hope someone can help -regards all

Hi Strava!  Not saying that the ‘See this Place’ pictures aren’t helpful for some, but I find them to be very inconvenient / distracting.  I LOVE the Strava Heatmap, it’s how I plan out so many of my runs, and I enjoy looking back and seeing how much terrain I’ve conquered on feet!  But having giant unasked for pictures really puts a damper on it.Is there a way you could create an option to toggle this on/off?  That way, folks that enjoy the feature can keep using it, but the rest of us have a cleaner option :) Your #1 fan,Max

I have linked my Mahle powered Ribble gravel e-bike to Strava using the Mahle App but can’t figure out what that actually does.I was expecting it to automatically start and stop the recording of my rides on Strava but obviously not…….or I haven’t set it up correctly.Any help for a new user would be much appreciated.Rod

Hi, If I go to https://www.strava.com/strava-runna and click on “unlock the bundle” I get redirected to “my account” in my Strava profile.But there I can’t see any option to get the Strava + Runna bundle. Is it not available in my region (Belgium)? How can I get the Strava + Runna bundle? Do I have to cancel my current Strava premium account and can I then opt for the bundle?

This has always been the case that only very few people show up on the heatmap with their ebike activities. Whether it’s ebike or e-mountainbike activity classification. The map is practically empty with no traces for ebike activites. I can see my personal ebike traces from My Heatmap option but none of them show up on the Global Heatmap for the ebike options. By now there are hundreds of emountainbikers on Strava in this area but I only see the traces of a handful of riders on the Global Heatmap. It’s practically empty when switching over to ebike activites.

- "You" - "Progress" At the top, I'd like to suggest that adding a metric directly conveying recent progress - 1D/1W/1M averages or Last 3 / 1W / 1M averages Ex:X Time (mins.) / mi. (Over all 3 in a grid or graph)X Total (mis.) (Over all 3) - "You" - "Activities" Add the same filter buttons for your activities (that are on the "Progress" tab).  Ex.ALL,  Run, Ride  Just subscribed to the trial. Hope this is the right place to chat about it! 

Hello, I explain the situation, I bought a Bryton Rider S810 and I tried to connect it to Strava, I did all the things that were required, but when I went for a workout it did not show in Strava. I also tried to send it to Strava manually. It showed up as being done, but I did not find it on Strava. Apparently I have two accounts, so I tried to stop the second account, but without success. On my MacBook I have the good account and I see all the results of my Strava friends. So I would like to use the same account on my iPhone, but without success. So, does anybody have a solution? I get that Strava wants to promote new features, but this constant pushing out the new features on top and pushing of the old features down in the Home tab and You tab is something that I find frustrating! There are more and more features, which is good, but the app quickly loses simplicity and becomes less usable.What I mean is that there is now a new area on the top of the feed that shows me the streak.OK, I've got a 481 week streak, which I was perfectly happy not knowing about before. I know that I am never going to skip a week, so this whole streak thing is kind of pointless to me. I am not interested whatsoever in this feature, so having it in my face every time I use the app is annoying. What I really want to see and use all the time is my training log, and that is now buried deep inside the You tab because there are a lot of things on top of it that I don't care about - the streak thing, performance predictions, goals, etc.There should be a way to let me priori
