Hi, I've upgrade to the family plan and invited 3 people to join. We all live in The Taiwan, however 1 people get the error message that they don't live in the same country as me. I would like to ask about my Strava connection with Amazfit. I’m getting an “error connecting your device” message, even though the Zepp app is already linked to Strava. The activity data is syncing automatically to Strava, but my gear (like Garmin) is not detected in Strava. 

It looks like there has been a change introduced in how the pace is being displayed for running activities. Before the change, the pace for splits would be shown as moving pace (i.e. ignoring for example pauses at traffic lights). Now, any pause is reflected in the pace, resulting in uneven outcome. When I checked my recent runs, I saw that an October 5 run was still recorded as expected, but next run from October 7 and all runs since then have the splits pace all over the place. 🫤Is this a bug or an intentional change?(Recording my runs with the native Apple Watch Workout app and importing from Apple Health to Strava via the iOS Strava app.)

Lately I've been getting a fair amount of random women follow requesting me, all super hot with zero activities on their profile, typically listed in LA or NYC (I'm in Michigan). While I'd like to say it's because of my ummm long KOM list, alas they are just spammers. How about adding a requirement to add followers, you must have at least 1 activity. In order to add more then 10 followers, you need activities in 2 separate weeks (preferably with some GPS data)

From what I understand, Strava has the capability of getting workouts automatically from Peloton once that capability is shared. However it doesn’t look like there the a way for previous workouts to be automatically shared, each one would have to be manually uploaded. A feature for Strava to pull all recorded workouts without having to manually upload each one would help transition that data over to the platform.

I have successfully connected my Amazfit GTR 2 to the Zepp app and linked it with Strava. However, my Strava activities do not show that they were recorded using the GTR 2. I have ensured that the Zepp app is synced with Strava and both apps are updated to their latest versions. I have also checked and reauthenticated the connection between Zepp and Strava, but the problem persists. How can I resolve this issue? Conectei com sucesso meu GTR 2 ao aplicativo Zepp e vinculei-o ao Strava. No entanto, minhas atividades no Strava não mostram que foram gravadas usando o GTR 2. Garanti que o aplicativo Zepp esteja sincronizado com o Strava e que ambos os aplicativos estejam atualizados para as versões mais recentes. Também verifiquei e reautentiquei a conexão entre Zepp e Strava, mas o problema persiste. Como posso resolver esse problema?

I am getting a green screen come up on all live segments for the last week or so.  I use iphone and am on the latest version.  My brother is also reporting the same issue.  He is not in the same area as mee so don’t think its GPS related. 

Hey guys, I rode down skyline queenstown early this year. On one of the days a trail that I rode which may be really new does not have a name on it. It clearly shows on the map but no name. Is there any way to name this trail at all?

After each ride my Garmin Edge automatically uploads the ride to my Strava account where I add a couple of photos, edit the title, add some notes; all done via a web browser. Then later a duplicate of the ride appears on my account with a generic name (e.g.morning ride). Both rides are under my name. It appears I am a member of a Group (consisting of me and..., well,  me). I select Leave Group but after my next ride I have to go through the process once again. How did I start a Group? How did I join my own Group? More importantly, how can I prevent further duplication? Thank you. 

Cannot see running time on Home Screen in mobile app. If go right into activity I can? 

Live segment data field for garmin would be nice, please add this feature.

Seems like inclines and decents are combined when syncing data from polar into Strava. I get roughly double elevation gained.

Can someone please advise.My calories are no longer being displayed on my runs and cycle rides despite my weight being imputed and saved.I use a Garmin Forerunner 455s so it's saved on my Garmin Connect but nothing on Strava. The AVG Gap is displayed instead and I've not pressed anything. Help! 

A few days ago, I purchased a one-year subscription using Apple Pay, but it’s still not active on my account. I contacted Strava support, but there has been no response or action so far. My Apple Pay is linked to a different email account than the one I use for Strava. What should I do?

Getting very frustrated. Having (still) trouble with my flyover sharing. Only 2 Photos show up when I try. Send them , Now they want a screen recording, which I cant email since it is to large. Tried the chat bot to hopefully get a person, but only get the virtual agent.Any ideas ? Is going on for a while now

It has been deleted or is private".I checked my privacy settings: activities are for everyone and Flyby, too.The map is not hidden.When I try to share the map instead of flyover, I get this message: "Impossible to find the requested activity".What's wrong?Thanks for helping.

When going to another athletes profile to retired shoes, if you then try to press one of those it gives an error notification for no reason. Shouldn’t it just do nothing?

Recently strava started sending me push notifications about my activities such as “You stayed in your suggested range <emoji>”I have almost all notifications disabled except if people mention me.Does anyone else have a solution? otherwise, i’ll just disable all notifications from strava.I consider this broken behavior as it is sending me essentially marketing notifications even though i have those disabled.

My total stats is not changing for my followers. It’s stuck on 100 km, when the correct total is something else. I am wondering if it stoped updating after changing privacy settings to “only followers”. Tried to change them back to “everyone”, but it still has not updated to correct stats.. Anyone?

Hi, seems each one of my devices - PM,HRM, etc all create their own ride under the ride i record so all the information is in separate places & it looks like i’ve done various similar rides at the same time, is there a way where this can all be summarised in one ride?

I’m loving the update this year where my Apple Fitness+ activity information syncs with Strava. I prefer to just manually import after the activity is completed. I’ve noticed over the last few weeks that some activities once synced don’t display the full details; it is very random though. For example in an ideal world a kickboxing activity comes across as names Apple Fitness+ Kickboxing and a graphic of your class. At times, when glitched, the activity once imported comes across named as morning workout and no graphic. Annoying.  Any tips? I’ve done all the usual delete app, sign out etc and occasionally that helps.
