A lot of people use t.ex. Zwift both for training and races. It should be possible e to set the type of activity to "Race" for virtual rides too. Looking at my Monthly fitness, it's not possible to get a good view on how the race period affected my fitness. 

Hi there,I know I'm probably not the only one facing extremely long times to reach (or better said, I still have no answer, 3 weeks after my e-mail !!!) Strava support, but I post my story here, in case someone can help me.I have an issue with the family subscription: a friend sent me the link and I got the following error: “you can’t join the formula, you’re not in the same country”. What makes no sense since we are actually living in the same country (France), and that’s also what is indicated in my (and his) profile. The link also worked perfectly for the two other friends who joined his family.I immediatly contacted Strava Support to ask what to do or what they can do to fix this issue, but it’s been 3 weeks now, and I still have no answer, and the issue is still not fixed. For a paid service, that’s a little scandalous…I do not have many hopes that my problem will be solved here, but if anybody knows how to actually get help from Strava, or better, h

Hello, since the strava update 378, the Mi Fiteness data is no longer synchronized with Strava. And the revision 379 did not solve the problemthanks

I used my watch to track paddle boarding. I've not been able to get my watch to sync with my account and it is still showing as unsynced on my watch. I have tried a forced sync.How can I sync it?

I submitted multiple Strava Refund Request and it is solved but I haven’t get my money back. Can someone help me? I really need it for my hospital bills.

My weekly progress graph and the training log does not reflect all activity. A road ride on Monday is not included in rides on the graph and also the total miles for the week is completely off but it’s not by that missing Monday road ride,  It’s a different number.

story is short: two years ago my account has lost ability to get download link of my data in bulk. on my first tickets support was giving me my link manually. this year they answered me “our team is limited in our ability to investigate these sorts of issues directly. We do want to make sure you have the right resources to find a solution” and recommended to ask community. here is me. so, anyone know how to get gpx files from all my thousands activities or how to solve problem with strava support to force them to solve my account issue?thank you all

Is there a option where i can create a consistency challenge. For eg, I want the group to be phycially active for 21 out of 30 days in month for a minimum of 30 days. I do not see an option to create this type of challenge even though i have a strava subscription.Is that correct or am i missing somthing. Second if I am able to create a challenge how do i invite the whole group instead of sending it individually to each member? Can someone guide if if this is possible and how to achieve it.?DO we need any third party plug ins to do this?

I submitted my request to download my data yesterday about 24 hours ago and I still have not received my link to download my data 😥Does anyone have any idea how long this takes?I think I did it about a year ago and it was within a few minutes. Thanks.

i have a paid subscription on my app,but my dashboard has an old free account.Whenever i use BKOOL,the data goes to the free dashboard account,and not the paid app account.Can I either delete the free account,or transfer the day from dashboard to my paid account?They seem to both have the same email address

I use a Wahoo Roam. Everything from my Roam data shows up on my Strava post (cadence, miles, power meter output) EXCEPT my bpm (from my Wahoo heart rate monitor). It shows up on my Wahoo during the whole ride. How can I get it to display on Strava? I've enabled health permissions on the Strava settings

First of all, all firmware versions are up to date (Garmin Connect, Watch Version, Strava Version) Also, I live in asia, I am using the instinct2 model, and if you look at the auto upload sheet, it will be uploaded as the instinct2 solar model Is there a solution?

I am baffled 😯 by Strava at the moment and a little disappointed 😔 to. I couldn’t get Zwift &Strava to link ended up doing the manual route. Deleted Strava and Zwift several times etc etc etc. yesterday did a 5km ride to see if anyone from Strava had waved a magic 🪄 and responded to one of the several tickets I have sent in. No luck and no sync 😖 i then did a 20km and i could not believe my  👀s it synced with Zwift. So I added some photos and made a comment uploaded it and appears for a moment then I can’t see it again on the page where my followers are my followers can see it because they are giving me kudos. After a while I opened Strava again and it is now on the you list of activities but still not visible to me on the open page with followers. Grrrr

I set in my dashboard a year time goal of 300h for all activities and Strava does not calculate it correct. Since January 01 i had activities of around 26h. Strava only shows 20h.I already did 22h football this month, witch is shown correct towards my time football goal.So does anybody has a idea why this is incorrect? I tested it with activity goals, and here the correct number of 11 activities is calculated. So it seems Strava did miss to track the time on one of the past activities. Anybody has the same problems?

It seems like saving routes isn't working. The route is created but then does not appear in the route list

I ran my longest run this morning of 6.01 Miles. Garmin also noted it was my PR in the 5K but when it uploaded to Strava, none of this was recognized and the overall time, distance and pace are so different? 

I’m trying to use strava audio queues from my apple watch SE but I only have pace and distance audio queues in the run options. I gave all permissions regarding heart rate. All my runs have heart rate charts and everything, its just not showing up as an option for audio cues. (Fitness and motion is on and all that). Is there a fix to this? I have a premium subscription as well.

On my computer (windows) my Strava page opens & automatically a box showing who gave me kudos pops up but won’t close. It works normally on both my Ipad & apple phone.I’ve signed out & back in, rebooted computer, helpAny suggestions of how to fix this would be appreciated.

I am trying to use the strava app on a pixel watch 2. But the screen goes off after a few seconds on the watch and I have to press the button to show the screen again.Its not really useable like that so is there any way to force the screen to stay on when using the watch app to record ?I already have Always On Display set to On
