I have made training works using my Garmin fenix6 with Wahoo Smart kickr and my previous real activities (as a course). After completion, the Garmin uploaded  the exercise to Strava  but without map. The problem is: when followers give my kudos, Strava send me email including a image of map (see picture #1), exactly as stored in Garmin connect (see picture #2).This make me thinking that whole data of my exercise  has been uploaded completely. How to see this map on in Strava? Please help.

I have invested in my first ever smart watch (Mobvoi TicWatch and 5) after discovering my Garmin in the washing machine. I wanted to list a number of bugs, ideas, obervations to see if anyone had a response to any.Issue. There is no way to have Strava 'Always on' so when you glance at your watch you can see pace/time/etc. You have to interact with your device to see this.The way round the above it is to have an alternative 'Amoled' display switched on so when you twist you wrist this appears. Problem is that the app has a BUG that only shows one screen (time/distance) and the screen to pause/end your run is blank. I therefore have to restart my watch to end the run.UX idea. My old Strava account was linked to Facebook (log in with FB). I deleted my FB account and now whenever I open the iOS app I get an error message reading: "Your access to the Strava platform has been suspended."Deleting the app and re-installing doesn't change anything. Accessing settings in the app leads to a black screen.I'm okay if the account is gone and data is lost--what I'm more concerned about is being able to still use the app! Right now it is in a state where I can't log in with any account.Note: the account I'm using to create this thread is unrelated to the issue.

I’ve recently received several notifications for lost QOMs for rides I’ve never done. They’re even in states where I’ve never ridden.  The rides, however, don’t show up on my Strava history.  Any suggestions?

Hey, suddenly my strava account has been 'doubled' all my rides are shared with another account and also uploaded there but it makes for difficulty trying to upload my rides to my account. Does anyone know how to fix this? You can check my strava: Frank Rademake, all rides have an exact copy of mine in the 'group activity'

Would it be possible to improve the data import from Garmin? At the moment the fit file is transferred immediately, which means for me that I have to adjust the title twice (once Garmin once Strava), make corrections to the route twice (if needed), upload photos of the activity twice, enter comments twice, etc..I would prefer a delay before the data transfer and that Strava then also takes over all the changes I have made with Garmin, including the photos of the activity.

Hi. I have a relatively new Strava account. In my 'Connected Apps' section of the app, I can see Strava as a connected app. In my Strava app, I can see under 'Link to other services', my Garmin Connect is set to sync automatically. On my Garmin Venu 2 (and within the app itself) I can see my activities. So, why are my Garmin activities not syncing i.e. why can't I see my Garmin activities in Strava? I have asked Garmin and they said it is set up properly, so speak to Strava... Speaking to Strava isn't easy so thought I'd ask here...  

I'm using Strava on Android, and until the last couple of days have just been using the free version which I'm finding very good and has suited my needs. I've now got a a subscription preview, but on loading the App today when I went to record the screen where the map shows was black, with no route appearing on it. I usually use it with mobile data off (limited data, and quite frankly no desire for it to be on permanently) and it shows a blurry map which is perfectly fine for my purposes (to show it's picked up where I am and relate it to my route so far). Turning mobile data on did result in the map appearing (sharply as it would have done beforehand). I don't use Strava for navigation. The only other thing I've done in the meantime is switch off a few notifications, not ones I'd been getting anyway, and nothing I think should be affecting the screen above. Hi I forgot to start my watch on a run last week but my friend said they would add me to it They sent an invitation but it never showed up in my emails It has previously worked I’ve checked my settings and can’t find anything to cause it I have a free account but don’t know if this is the reason it’s not working thanks 

I have a Garmin watch broadcasting HR (via ANT+) to the Garmin 840 cycling computer. But the HR data is not included when Garmin syncs with Strava. Any ideas on what I'm missing?

Hi,   Not sure what changed, but the weight training option on my watch is nearly useless. It doesn't show bpm or time, they just stay at a constant 0. Every so often i'll check my watch and it'll show a heart rate and a time of a few seconds, and then just like magic it resets itself to 0. It's also pre-emptively decided my workout is done on it's own mid set. Any thoughts?    Thank you, 

Vivaldi is a browser based on Chromium engine, so it should work fine. Edge works fine. This is the desktop version. Mobile app works fine too.The image below is just an example of the first page, but other pages also have issues. 

I noticed virtual rowing sessions are now not included our rowing club leaderboard. Is there any way to make the virtual training sessions part of the leaderboard?

Hi,I have added the stava app to my Apple watch but for some reason, it does not show the swim logo when I want to use it for a swim. It has outdoor run, outdoor bike, outdoor walk indoor of each of those three, hike, nordic ski, and workout. how can I put swim onto it?

Hi. on a slow lap my average wattage is much too high. how is this possible? i entered my weight 88kg and ftp 330 on zwift. i don't have power meters on my bike and i use a garmin explore hope someone can help me    

I tried Apple TV (recently I got aware that I no more need to take a macbook to the TV, dropping sweat on it, if I switch to an Apple TV device and I immediately bought one) and found two cases where my virtual rides became physical rides in Strava:1) Kinomap on Apple TV is very limited, it doesn't export rides and I created a manual activity in Strava. Maybe I was ambisinister and didn't find how to do this the right way, but my manual activity was created as (physical) ride2) I tried some app called PsychoRide, it failed to upload to Strava directly, so I uploaded to Training Peaks and exported a gpx from there to upload to Strava. I suspect that somewhere around Training Peaks my virtual ride became physical rideNow I know (c), but these two rides are unnecessarily physical ones

Hi all, will Strava add live segments to the Samsung Watch5?. I can't seem to enable this anywhere.  I know Garmin watches support this but it's not on Samsung watches as of yet.

Dear Strava cummunity,I have the problem, that a running strava activity "blocks" my dynamic island. Normally you can swipe to the right to remove it. That works with all other apps, but not with strava. The compass arrow reappears immediately, so it is not possible to display another activity if strava is running.I can not use strava any more, because I use the dynamic island to view my heart rate. Thats not possible if strava is running because of this behavior.I think this is a bug of the strava app. Or any possible solution?Thanks!Michael

Hello! 🙂 I have an issue with syncing two of my activities. I can see that the activities are reflecting in my feed and other people can see it as well. But the syncing status is never complete. I tried logging out and logging back in and  updating the app. But it never seems to disappear. It's been 2 days now. Any idea what could be the issue here? Thanks in advance! 🙂

Last day, I decided, that I could try Workout app on Apple Watch instead of Strava. The main reason was, that Strava app doesn't record Cadence and there is no option, to setup intervals (and warmup, cooldown etc.). So far for this purpose, I was using Intervals Pro app from time to time. But the cadence reading was strangely off when exported to StravaSo I setup simple workout with 6 minutes warmup, one Work segment 5 miles long and 6 minutes cooldown.In activity App there is everything correct. Three intervals showing right data. Cadence. I've been running into this very problem and now have 22 unsynced activities that never seem to sync. I tried clicking on the unsynced activities banner to open that export page pictured above, but it just flashes like it's trying to open a menu and then closes it directly again; so I can't get to the export. I've tried restarting my phone, but that didn't change anything. Interestingly it seems to sync "runs" just fine, but "rides" on the bicycle appear to be the ones that it won't sync. I'm on version 297.8 (1229074) which appears to be the latest version and I'm on Android 11 on Pixel 2. Is there a fix in the works for this? I'm not sure if I should cut my losses and try reinstalling the Strava app (losing those 22 activities) or if there's any hope this will be resolved at some point so they can sync? Is there anything else to try? Thanks for the help!

I recently purchased an Apple Watch (yay for me). Unfortunately, it seems to have “broken” things.  Prior to the Watch, all workouts recorded in Strava, be they native Strava recordings of runs, or cycling workouts (indoor and outdoor) reported from TrainerRoad or Wahoo were all synched back to the Health app in Apple.  Since I purchased and set up the Apple Watch, the Apple Health app is not receiving ANY workouts from Strava, even those recorded in the Strava App for the Watch. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling Strava on the phone, rebooting, and all of the steps here (https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917527-Health-App-and-Strava).  I’ve a ticket open with the help desk, but have not heard back yet. Closely related, would love the Action Button on my Ultra to be able to launch Strava.
