I have assioma duo and an element bolt. It displays power just fine. After an indoor ride I do not see power or even estimated power on the Overview tab. Is there something I'm missing here to get the power to import properly?

Hi, I would like to ask if inline skating workout will include calaries burn? Im using Strava w Apple Watch 7 when it doesnt include this data. On Apple side api it is possible to store this data. Strava already has access to all the sensors and it measures heart rate for example. Could you please take a look on this?

Hi, I think I know the answer to this is (not available/in the roadmap etc etc).I have a speed/cadence sensor and HRM (all Ant+ and BT). Currently I record rides on my Garmin watch and it syncs to strava on completion.I used to use Live segments back when strava supported cadence sensors.Now I think the only way to have live segments and my sensor data is to record the activity on my watch as normal and ALSO start an activity on strava on my bar mounted phone. This will give me everything I need but will duplicate the activity?Is there a solution? TIA

Hi,  I want an audio cue after every kilometer I walk. I already set via Record page - Audio Cues - Run Announcements it to kilometer and when I change it to half kilometer I hear a voice as example, but after record a walk, there's no audio cue. What am I doing wrong?  

Hi As a new strava user I am asking if it is possible for my watch to show the kms walked during an activity. I only get the HB, time and avg. pace.

I did a run this morning and used my Forerunner 245 to track the run. The run involved some walking and some stopping but my run uploaded to Strava and took the "Moving Time" time/pace and splits. I had to change the activity type to "Race" in Strava to show the Elapsed Time, correct pace and correct splits that were shown in Garmin Connect - if that makes sense 🙂 A couple of others who I ran with who also use Garmin devices had their runs uploaded to Strava and it shows the data as per Garmin and they hadn't changed their activity to "Race" in Strava. Is there a setting in Garmin and/or Strava that transfers and shows the total data without me having to change the activity to "Race" in Strava? 

Hi all, is there an external tool that I can use to revise a GPS track and re-import it back to Strava? For some reason my GPS watch lost signal for a few miles on a run. So it shows a straight-line on the map, and the mileage is messed up. I was following a well established trail and the track was correctly recorded on my return trip. So the location data is available. Of course I won't be able to recover the lap times but that's fine. Thanks in advance.

Using iPhone 8+ . Starting a bike ride I see my heart rate and all the details I want. After a bit the screen changes to a map! I can’t find where I go where I can leave the HR live and keep tracking all the details live! My phone is not doing it because I stopped it from timing out, but the app??? Help

Hiya! my polar flow and Strava seem to be connected (through partners in polar) but data is not syncing and device does not appear in Strava  any suggestions on how to resolve this?  I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps without success

I'm not getting heart rate data into Strava and I can't figure out why / how. I've done 2 rides now, starting once in Samsung health and once in Strava. Health always records my heart rate as I ride, but the data isn't getting to Strava app. If I start my ride in strava app, I get no heart rate data at all. Everything seems logged in / sync'd, etc correctly. Any ideas?

When I go to the gym, I record my workouts on the Apple Watch Strava App... If I forget to 'Finish' and 'Save' the recording before I take the watch off to shower, then it doesn't sync and effectively disappears... Is there someway to keep the recording so that when I put the watch back on it will sync then??

I have been using a Fitbit Inspire HR and two running apps - Nike Run Club Strava app on my phone for a couple of years now. neither app will take in the Fitbit heart rate data. I set up the Stava/Fitbit integration. if I start a run on Strava it will show up later on Fitbit. But it won't show the HR data. I saw a suggestion that if you start the run on the Fitbit app, that will push the data to Stava. Not for me it won't. 😞 Any ideas?

I like recording my indoor rock climbing sessions with Strava and Apple Watch, as it doesn't record location, and I just get the heart rate.  Sometimes, I forget my Apple Watch and record with my iPhone, at which Strava records location.  Why is there a difference in behavior depending on the device you use?  Even if it's not recording heart rate, I do not like how there is a difference in the how the activity is recorded.  Is there any way to change the behavior of the iPhone?

I have made training works using my Garmin fenix6 with Wahoo Smart kickr and my previous real activities (as a course). After completion, the Garmin uploaded  the exercise to Strava  but without map. The problem is: when followers give my kudos, Strava send me email including a image of map (see picture #1), exactly as stored in Garmin connect (see picture #2).This make me thinking that whole data of my exercise  has been uploaded completely. How to see this map on in Strava? Please help.

I have invested in my first ever smart watch (Mobvoi TicWatch and 5) after discovering my Garmin in the washing machine. I wanted to list a number of bugs, ideas, obervations to see if anyone had a response to any.Issue. There is no way to have Strava 'Always on' so when you glance at your watch you can see pace/time/etc. You have to interact with your device to see this.The way round the above it is to have an alternative 'Amoled' display switched on so when you twist you wrist this appears. Problem is that the app has a BUG that only shows one screen (time/distance) and the screen to pause/end your run is blank. I therefore have to restart my watch to end the run.UX idea. Have a haptic/ping when you have hit a mile/km/time marker on your watchUX idea. Provide more info of your run very limited data view here even for a novice runnerI know WearOS3 is pretty new bu

My old Strava account was linked to Facebook (log in with FB). I deleted my FB account and now whenever I open the iOS app I get an error message reading: "Your access to the Strava platform has been suspended."Deleting the app and re-installing doesn't change anything. Accessing settings in the app leads to a black screen.I'm okay if the account is gone and data is lost--what I'm more concerned about is being able to still use the app! Right now it is in a state where I can't log in with any account.Note: the account I'm using to create this thread is unrelated to the issue.

I’ve recently received several notifications for lost QOMs for rides I’ve never done. They’re even in states where I’ve never ridden.  The rides, however, don’t show up on my Strava history.  Any suggestions?

Hey, suddenly my strava account has been 'doubled' all my rides are shared with another account and also uploaded there but it makes for difficulty trying to upload my rides to my account. Does anyone know how to fix this? You can check my strava: Frank Rademake, all rides have an exact copy of mine in the 'group activity'

Would it be possible to improve the data import from Garmin? At the moment the fit file is transferred immediately, which means for me that I have to adjust the title twice (once Garmin once Strava), make corrections to the route twice (if needed), upload photos of the activity twice, enter comments twice, etc..I would prefer a delay before the data transfer and that Strava then also takes over all the changes I have made with Garmin, including the photos of the activity.

Hi. I have a relatively new Strava account. In my 'Connected Apps' section of the app, I can see Strava as a connected app. In my Strava app, I can see under 'Link to other services', my Garmin Connect is set to sync automatically. On my Garmin Venu 2 (and within the app itself) I can see my activities. So, why are my Garmin activities not syncing i.e. why can't I see my Garmin activities in Strava? I have asked Garmin and they said it is set up properly, so speak to Strava... Speaking to Strava isn't easy so thought I'd ask here...  

I'm using Strava on Android, and until the last couple of days have just been using the free version which I'm finding very good and has suited my needs. I've now got a a subscription preview, but on loading the App today when I went to record the screen where the map shows was black, with no route appearing on it. I usually use it with mobile data off (limited data, and quite frankly no desire for it to be on permanently) and it shows a blurry map which is perfectly fine for my purposes (to show it's picked up where I am and relate it to my route so far). Turning mobile data on did result in the map appearing (sharply as it would have done beforehand). I don't use Strava for navigation. The only other thing I've done in the meantime is switch off a few notifications, not ones I'd been getting anyway, and nothing I think should be affecting the screen above. The subscription preview has confirmed what I thought already. There is one feature (my personal heat map
