My runs from Peloton come over but the 'best' distance and times I have run don't seem to come over despite pace etc showing on the workout.Is there something on my side that I need to add or is this function not possible with Peloton treadmill running?

Just started today, can access all other features but home page refuses to load?

Hi, hoping that someone may be able to assist me with this! Beginning of the year I bought an XOSS cycle computer and ANT+/BLE speed+cadence sensors. This setup worked great by using the xoss app to export data to Strava, however, I also wanted to record HR data. Jump forward to a couple of days ago, and I bought a Galaxy Watch 4, installed the Strava app on it, and tried to test a few cycling sessions with it, however there is a problem! Strava gets the speed/HR data from the watch just fine, however, if I'm recording with both the watch and the XOSS computer/app, rather than combining the data as one would expect, so I would have speed, HR and cadence, two activities are created, and in the app it says I cycled with.... myself... One has the speed/cadence, the other has speed/HR, and the distance logged to my account is doubled. After upgrading to IOS 17, my Strava app changed the language to Japanese. I've tried suggestions from this post (making sure the phone language is set to English or changing the default language) but with no luck... how can I fix this?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello team,I have Mi band 7 and Mi Fitness app (+Zepp app) on my iphone 14 Pro. Strava has authorised access. Yet, when I start a run and click on the Strava Heart icon it cannot find my Mi Band 7 and so my heart rate is not recorded with my run data.Can you please help me resolve this issue?Thanks, Alena

Peloton-> Strava -> Training PeaksFirstly im frustrated that for indoor rides (peloton) i need to upload to strava first and then upload to training peaks. And for any outdoor activity i need to upload to garmin and then upload to training peaks. Why cant strava link to TP directly? Anyway...Peloton to Strava is easy, all of my fitness data (duration, speed, hr, power, etc..). Strava to TrainingPeaks is not easy. Requires manual export and upload to the TP site.I found guidance on how to export the .tcx file from strava and import it to TrainingPeaks and have successfully manually uploaded to TrainingPeaks. However, why is there only distance, time, speed and calories in the .tcx file after exporting? Where did the HR and Power data go? Hello!I regularly do zwift workouts with power intervals. I use a Tacx Flux for this and everything works / is connected. When I look at my workout in the strava App, the average watts for every interval are inaccurate and I believe they are not correct. On the website they are actually correct and constant, the same values I see when doing the workout. 1. Is there a difference between app/website?2. Is there a way to solve this / to see the correct values in-app? Thanks!

I am using Samsung galaxy watch 4 classic, I had s3 frontier and really liked the strava watch face, but apparently I couldn't find the original strava watch that would indicate my weekly running mileage, if you guys can do something about that thn it would be great, please 

When I use Strava on my Pixel watch 2, even though the watch is set to be "always on", the screen goes black after about 3 seconds and I can only view my activity stats as I run, by pressing the crown of the watch, which then goes black again after 3 seconds.How can I change this ? Are there watch settings within the app somewhere ?

I use two apps to record water workouts: - Dawn Patrol (surfing) - Hoolan (wingfoiling) Dawn Patrol saves data to Apple Health as well as Strava, so surf sessions automatically appear in Strava. Hoolan saves wingfoiling sessions as workouts to Apple Health, but these aren't automatically imported and aren't showing up to import to Strava. How can this be fixed?

Hi everyone, I have recorded a run with Strava on my WearOS watch and the data, included the GPS map, downloaded perfectly to Strava on my phone. However, when it synced to Google Fit, only the distance, duration, pace and a couple of other parameters were entered in Google Fit. The map, which is visible in Strava, was not synchronized to Google Fit. Is it a bug or was it designed not to sync GPS data ? Thank you!

Hi The Strava app on my GW4 has recently started having a problem recording heart rate data properly. On the 24th Sept it would record successfully: By the 29th it appeared to be intermittent. Recording HR using Samsung Health still looks ok so I believe it is a Strava app issue. I had a few watchapp updates during that period so maybe introduced as a result of those? Restarts etc. haven't helped. Thanks Mike    

Subject pretty much says it all: Strava not recording HR correctly with Wahoo HR strap: when I go for a run using Strava iOS app and Wahoo Tickr HR strap connected via BT, the data recorded is ridiculously inaccurate. It will basically pick a HR and stick there for 10-15min, regardless of how hard I'm going (same HR for 15% uphill climbs and 6% downhill descents.) It is not the strap: I use the same strap for cycling and my Wahoo ELMNT Roam records accurate/ ie highly variable data.

I just set up the Beacon feature on my Apple Watch Ultra 2, however when I initiate a workout I get a message stating, “We weren’t able to share your location with XYZ.  Tap to send your Beacon manually.”  I’ve tried multiple emergency contacts but I get the same message for all of them.  The Beacon message will send if I initiate a workout using my cell phone, but not if I begin a workout using my Apple Watch.  I do have cellular activated on my Apple Watch.  Any idea what the fix is for this?  Thanks.

I use Strava and have a Google phone and Strava doesn't sync to Google Fit. (I've disconnected accounts, revoked/granted permissions, cleared cache & storage and gone through a few other steps as guided on various websites.)I've just purchased a Samsung Galaxy watch to add to the confusion. I am trying to connect my peloton account to Strava but it says my Strava is connected to another peloton user.. I have disabled everything connected on Strava to Peloton but i have no idea how to reset this!

Hello -  I’m trying to figure out how to connect my Peleton with Strava.  I created my Strava account with google oauth and when I click “log in using google” on my Peleton I receive an error message that says “social login is not supported”. Any ideas? thanks

I have a problem with sync between watch and phone there is problem to upload my workout from the Samsung Galaxy 2 because of sync failed (7). 

What is the issue with the software this morning, I cannot upload my latest ride so decided to logout and start again, now cannot log in at all!

Hi,I find the calories on connect do not synch well into Strava.Ex. Ellipitical calories after editing in Connect ( to synch with Technogym with weight/age data and synch to heart strap should be more accurate )  to then synch to Stara shows the original incorrect value not the new one.Why?

Hello, I am using Samsung Galaxy watch (B62B) (Model No. SM-R800) for syncing my Strava activity. It was working almost fine till yesterday until I encountered issue on syncing my morning run from Strava to Strava servers through watch. Little did I realise at that time that it can be something to do with watch.samsung.strava being down and did multiple things to fix and now have landed up in difficult situation. Looking for some assistance now.Issues: 1. Not being able to sync activities. Getting error: “Sync failed (42)” and sometimes “Sync failed (99)”2. On reading internet, one of articles suggested going to Strava site and unlinking watch. Did that3. Now while, Strava site doesn’t know that my watch exists as I unlinked it, the app on my watch is still linked to account and there is no logout option!!! It opens up as before without prompting me to enter 4 digit new code to link again.4. Now if I try to sync activity, I get “Sync failed (7)”

Hello, so whenever I end my workout of my garmin it will sync automatic to strava without any issue but everytime I check “you” menu at strava, the profile tab is missing. The solution that I already did is logout and then login again then profile tab will shown again. Anyone have dame experience with me? This happen everytime I ended workout from garmin and sync to strava
