Hello, so whenever I end my workout of my garmin it will sync automatic to strava without any issue but everytime I check “you” menu at strava, the profile tab is missing. The solution that I already did is logout and then login again then profile tab will shown again. Anyone have dame experience with me? This happen everytime I ended workout from garmin and sync to strava

Hello, the sessions of sports shared via Ifit are wrong, for a week the difference in altitude is no longer taken into account by Strava, example, my last two sessions I did 600 meters and 600 meters of elevation gain and my two sessions on Strava display zero meters.(NordicTrack Commercial X32i treadmill workouts) 

good evening StravaSince the beginning of November my moving time on each activity has been drastically wrong. the last two runs I have completed have been about 1hr 10mins but Strava thinks I completed them in about 35mins which is ridiculous. And Yet Strava records my route perfectly but the time is completely bonkers.I see this is a continuing problem for many other users and I wondered when the problem will be fixed?? seems like a very basic feature to get wrong. There's nothing complicated in recording a start, finish then calculating a duration.I am using a Samsung S21 and the app version is 332.10see below bizarre graph

Hi,I have some questions relating to Strava & Apple Watch/iPhone.Why does Strava have to make everything so awkward? Other, so called lesser apps can turn on the water lock automatically when you start a swim activity, so why can’t Strava?? I’ve noticed this sort of thing a lot with Strava, another example being when you start a run on the Apple Watch, it isn’t mirrored or at the very least given an option to mirror it on the iPhone. Again, other apps allow this so it’s blatantly possible, yet Strava refuse to enable it. My final question is why are there no new Apple Watch complications? There are only the same basic ones that have been there for a long time and also, there isn’t any Strava Lock Screen widgets? A feature that has been available for nearly a year now and still no support from Strava? Thanks. 

Since last watchOS update (10.1) the clock on the upper right corner is missing. Please compare this photo with a screenshot from Strava's Apple Watch FAQ page:   I tried switching the watch language to English to be sure it was not a language specific problem and that's not the case. Is this a known bug? Any suggestions to fix? It is very annoying using the Strava app on commuting by bike (so I am not worried about sports stats etc., just want to log the activity) and having to go back home to see the current time.

Systm is no longer uploading the image file of the workout, nor the “Virtual” label, to Strava. This has started happening in the last few days after Strava has been updated several times in the past week. 

Does strava only focus on running and cycling. I do a mix of golf, walking, running and hiking and segments seem to pop up more for running. Also statistics only have my running. I've done around 300km in hiking but all it shows is my 80km runs.

Hi   I have been using the GPS to track runs / walks / sailing / skiing / rides with no problem until this weekend.  Strava is getting stuck on "Getting GPS Fix" in a circle of doom.  Ive been on the forums and checked the Location services and the battery optimiser and the running in the background option.  No joy so far.  I've tested the GPS on the watch using Maps and it seems ok. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi all, my garmin watch has died, which is a shame because the garmin > strava integration was brilliant.I now have a motorola smart watch which connects to my (android) phone via WearOS, and this feeds Google Fit.  But I am missing being able to log my stuff in Strava, and from what I can see my only option would be to record on strava using my phone (which is not convenient and less accurate) which could then send to Google Fit.Are there any intermediate apps that might help. For example google fit offers to sync with something called Health Connect - would this help? I don't want to go willy-nilly connecting apps hence asking you experts here first.Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello,could you please tell me, what I'm doing wrong? On mobile App in Routes section I see 4 routes. But inside there are only 2. On website there are only 2 too 🙂 But when I look on profile from Sigma Ride - there are 4 routes (two duplicates).How to clear it? Where is a problem?

Hi.  I’ve just started using an Apple Watch with the Strava App.  I run better whilst listening to music but for some reason the Strava App on the watch does not give its audio cues through the headphones and I can’t figure out how to set it up. if I’m listening to music it would be great to hear the audio cues through the headphones.   Any help appreciated thank you.

The Strava team is unable to develop an Apk or Huawei Gakery so that I can install the application on my phone? I can only use Strava on my computer. Thanks Compliments

I have the band and Mi Fitness app on my iphone 11 Pro. Strava has authorised access . Yet when i start a run and click on the Strava Heart icon it cannot find my Smart Band 7 and so my heart rate is not recorded with my run data.how to solve this ? 

My Ergometer supports two modes: normal "bicycle" mode, and "handcycling". When it synchronizes the activites with Strava, I could manually change the sport type to "Handcycle" prior to the recent updates.Since the recent updates, new activities are automatically tagged as "virtual" (which is fine). However, within virtual activities, there are only three sport types: Virtual Run, Virtual Ride and Virtual Row. Because the virtual tag cannot be removed, I have no way anymore of properly recording my activities as handcycle.Hence, I suggest to add the sport type "Virtual Handcycle".Probably, there are also other sport types that should have a virtual twin. An option could also be, to not limit the sport types within the virtual flag, i.e. instead of "Virtual Run", you can just choose "Run" with the virtual tag.

Is the Apple Watch Strava app affected by the new Low Power Modes for Workouts. Does switching on these setting affect a Strava Workout? And if not - can they be integrated? 1. Simple setting - Low Power Mode 2. Advanced setting - Fewer GPS and Heart Rate Readings  

Looks like this has been a problem for over a year, Strava says its a "known problem". If that is true its known who's problem it is, Strava or Garmin. Strava's bandaid is to unstar all the segments and sync the device to flush the segments, then re-star the new segments you wish to load. Suggestion: make a list of the segments you want to keep with correct spelling. My issue with this overtly cumbersome process is I only get 60% of segments uploaded. If I star one segment, it doesn't appear. 2 segments, one of the two will be uploaded. 20 segments I will get 13 segments in the Garmin, with no control over which 13 appear. If this process is the only solution then using Garmin segments makes more sense.

I have Strava app on phone and watch, when following instructions on watch it points me to - https://watch.samsung.strava.com/ When I access the site I get the following error - {"message": "Internal server error"} I have tried different browsers on different devices and get the same error on all of them. 

This is a strange happening that started recently. I usually run Strava and RWGPS at the same time during a ride. Most of my bike club members use Strava to record their rides to share their results. I also run RWGPS so that I can use the turn by turn cues.I’ve never had a problem running both apps at the same time until recently, where partway through the ride I no longer hear either of the two speaking. The apps still run perfectly, recording the route where I can end each one and save the results.I also noticed recently that Strava is also back to using the default voice. I had changed my default voice on my iPhone to a British English voice and Strava adopted that when giving me my “starting ride“, “stopping“, and “resuming“ cues. It’s no longer doing that no matter how I set my iPhone settings.It was suggested by RWGPS that I run the apps separately and not at the same time. That might have solved my problem with Strava since I tested it alone today a

impossible to synchronize but run from the watch, several cross tests done without success, wifi deactivation, watch restart,... nothing works!

Hi - I had a Fitbit Charge 2 watch for several years and all activity on my fitbit that used my iPhone's GPS was automatically sinced to Strava without any intervention from me. I just switched to apple watch recently and when I start an activity, I either manually start it in the activity app on my watch or the activity is auto detected on the watch. I have activated my strava account in apple health ( and vice versa) but my activity on my apple watch does not auto import in Strava. The activities does show in Strava but I need to manually import each of them. Is this the normal behaviour ? Am-I missing any setting ? Thanks !

Is it possible to edit the 3 default activity buttons on the Strava app on the Galaxy Watch? And to remove buttons on the full activities list? I can't seem to find a way to do it, and I may just not have found the correct search phrase(s) but not finding any info on the forums or Google on how to do this.  Thanks!

I did a ride yesterday.  When I finished I did not have internet (until the next day).  I stopped the activity and left it open over night.   Activity was gone this morning.  Is there a way to get it back?

I'm using the Indoor Run option to sync with treadmill runs. Consistently 0.1 to 0.15 miles behind actual. Outdoor runs no issues. Is there another setting to be adjusted?
