Hi @ All,I can't find a solution to my problem.When I start a Strava workout on the iPhone, I want it to be displayed on the Apple Watch at the same time.If I start the app on the watch afterwards, it does not synchronize the current live workout. It doesn't work the other way around either. Is this simply not possible or is there a missing setting? Thanks for your ideas.

Hi, i have problems with my strava on PC/Web.. it always fails to display the page perfectly in the last 5 days, I've tried using chrome, incognito, and firefox all of them can't display it. One of the info on the page says: "It looks like you're using a browser that Strava no longer supports." I've checked my chrome version, it's the latest version.is there anyone who can help me?

Hello, I am asking this specifically for a Garmin Etrex 32x device which is not supported by garmin connect and is not able to sync with phone, the only way to upload its tracks is to manually upload gpx file.From what I understand, device_name will show up in the activity page, only if it came from connected app (like garmin connect et al) Would it be possible if it showed on the activities where track was uploaded manually? gpx tracks usually contain creator xml tag for device that produced them. Or maybe there is a list of known devices from manufacturer's sync apps that are used, then again strava does not know etrex devices 🙂 I know it's old and unpopular gizmo, but it is really robust for all outdoor activities and would be nice if strava honored its device name from gpx xml. example tag from gpx <gpx xmlns="http://www.topografix.com/GPX/1/1" xmlns:

Somehow, since my last 2 runs, my activities is missing a lot of data. I tracked both runs on an Apple Watch Series 5 (no SIM) without carrying a phone. I turned all permissions to ON.  Any advice how to fix this?       

I've been having an odd issue where, after installing any iOS update (i.e. 17.2) on my phone, the Strava Apple Watch app becomes unlinked from my phone and showing that I need to complete setup on my phone.  Uninstalling Strava from my phone (which removes from watch), rebooting, and then reinstalling Strava on my phone will fix the issue temporarily, but at next iOS update, this will reoccur.The only workaround thus far has been to uninstall Strava from my Apple Watch, reboot the watch, reinstall Strava on my watch, and then go through setup again.

Was not having any issues with syncing from my watch until 6 days ago...Now nothing syncs and when I try to resync I get errors 99, 42, or 7....I have restarted my phone and watch as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both.....Looks like there have been issues in the past like this....Help.....I already lost a week of stuff and had to manually add them but as a premium member I would not think that this should be the norm..... 

Hello, I have a Huawei watch that synchronizes with strava, but I usually cannot check heart rate in strava. I thought it was because I didn't have a strava subscribtion so, simply, strava wasn't showing me the data. However, I have just started a 1 month free trial, but I still can't see any heart rate info. Does anyone knows if heart rate from huawei can be uploaded to strava? Thanks a lot, regards

Hi, I am currently training for a marathon and using Strava to track my runs on my Apple Watch. The trouble I am having is that my plan has specific paces it is telling me to run at during my runs, and Strava on my watch during my runs only tells me the Split and my Average Page. So if I have run for 5 minutes for example, I cannot see the current pace I am running at. Can someone please help me with this.

Has anyone had experience of content not showing on a PC? We can see all the drop down options such as activities and profile but then when the option is clicked there is a blank page. It’s only the one PC but it worked until a couple of weeks ago. We haven’t changed anything on the PC.It works with both our profiles on other devices such as iPad and laptop. Any thoughts please?

Hi over the past couple of months on my runs and walks my strava GPS keeps cutting corners, this results in my distance and times being off. I have tried reinstalling and at the other stuff is says on the site to do but none of it works. Does anyone have a solution for this please 🙏. 

Strava is interpreting the open water swimming data from the Zepp app differently from what it should do. Can it not translate the data correctly?Zepp shows it correctly but Strava shows it incorrectly. 

Hi, from my last few Zwift rides, the power data is not displayed in the analysis page in the Strava app. The data is present when opening the analysis tab on the website. How to get this visible in the app as well?

I recently started using a Cycplus M2 GPS that uses XOSS to upload to Strava.On my activity pages using this device the device is not listed.I've preciously only used Garmin devices and they always show the device used.Is there a reason that this new device is not displayed?Is it due to Cycplus/XOSS not including it in the file? Or Strava not recognizing the device?

I created a post here a week ago about not being able to record an activity on my watch.  Jane helpfully transferred the question to a support ticket, but then marked the question as "solved".  Transferring it to support is not "solved".  In particular, support have got back to me and explained (I haven't tested yet), that the problem occurs if you have never recorded an activity that included GPS data.  Once you have recorded at least one activity with GPS on the watch then all will be well.So I thought I'd put this in a new post, so that others searching for that problem will be able to find THIS solution, rather than the "transferred to support" solution.

HiI've got another new problem with the Strava app on my GW4. A bit of history... Why does Strava regularly drop HR below 8°C after 45-50 minutes?

I've been dual recording rides on my Zwift Hub One on both Zwift (BLE to an iPad) and my Garmin 840 (ANT+) because Garmin badges help motivate me and Zwift uploads don't count, annoyingly. Until tonight, both Zwift (always first) and Garmin would sync the ride to Strava and I'd delete the Garmin one. It's distance was always off (questionable distance calculations of Zwift notwithstanding). Tonight it didn't upload and the distance was a couple miles higher, though the time still overlapped as always. That's good, but a surprising change. Did Strava make a change to better eliminate dups based on time and effectively ignore distance? Just wondering if I can quit my ritual of having to hop on Strava and delete my Garmin-sync'd virtual rides.

Hi.Yesterday i noticed that all my data training data somehow changed on strava app event though it was imported from Zepp right after training half a year ago. Also trainings where automatically named as "volleyball", now they arę named as "evening workout".Old exemplary training: Before that old activities changed, it looked like that one from my yesterday training: 

Not sure if this is the right place to post but here I go:I sometimes use the wonderful Gentler Streak app to record some of my workouts. I cannot import these workouts in Strava although they appear in work-outs app. Some apps (like Workoutdoors) have an export to Strava option. How can I sync my Gentler Streak (very nice app!) to Strava?

Hello, I have a problem with my strava. I using heart rate monior (Geoid HS500), after i end the trening strava shows only my heart reate without burning calories.  I added my weight to my strava profile but it still not working. Can anybody help me?

So I was only using Garmin, not Strava, this morning on my run. I turned Strava on only when my run was complete. Logic would dictate that Strava got all of the data for my run from Garmin. Then why are they so different?     

I'm completely new to Strava. I've been rowing on a Concept2 machine using a VR app called Holofit for a couple of years now.  I'd like to import my rowing workouts into Strava.  The Holofit Companion app has a feature that allows connecting to Strava, but Strava doesn't seem to know anything about Holofit.  The Holofit Companion app has my workouts, and seems to show that there's a connection established with Strava, but I'm not seeing anything on the Strava side.Is there something I need to do in Strava to make my workouts show up?  Is there somewhere I can check to see if a connection exists with an external app?Any help is appreciated.
