Good morning all, I have a Galaxy 5 Pro watch and I want to know if there is anyway I can get it to vibrate on every KM I cover. My old Galaxy sports watch had this feature.  

When I start Strava on my Google Pixel Watch 2, it searches for GPS, but is not able to get a fixed GPS. I have kept on several times and for several minutes without any success. GPS position is allowed and the GPS is set to accurate position.Would be extreme grateful for any help or hints to resolve this issue.NB! Fitbit and Maps get the position within seconds.

My Strava app on my Apple Watch disappeared. It works on my iPhone. The watch app on the iPhone doesn’t show the Strava app available to install on the watch. What’s up?

Hi all, I'm doing a fair amount of workouts that pre-load into my Garmin Forerunner with titles like "Tempo run 3x10" or "Endurance cycle" or whatever. When the activity syncs with Strava all I get is "Morning run". Is there a way to get the title of these activities (really just runs, rides, and swims) loaded over to Strava?

Hi All, Hoping you can help me.  I am starting training for a marathon and want to do a lot of zone 2 training, in an effort to improve the speed I can run at whilst remaining within zone 2. At the moment I am using the Strava app on my Apple Watch and using the inbuilt apple watch heart rate monitor.  However, I have read a lot of articles online that says the HR monitor on the apple watch is not very accurate.  As such, I am looking at purchasing a seperate, dedicated heart rate monitor. My question is:  If I do buy an external monitor, can I sync that to the Strava app on my apple watch, so that I can actively monitor my HR during a run?  Or will the Strava app on the Apple Watch always use the built in HR monitor? Any help with the above and advice on which external HR monitor to use, would be much appreciated!  Thank you in advance.

I have been unsuccessful getting these two apps connected. I made sure there were no existing Peloton accounts linked to Strava and the Peloton support team says the problem is on Strava’s end. Any ideas of what to try next?

On a regular basis my 30min to 60 min workout session syncs as only a few seconds when I finish the activity, despite the full session appearing on watch.I am using a Samsung Watch, I initiate and end the session in the Strava app on the Watch.. there is never any issue with what is displayed in App on the Watch, however, when the activity is uploaded to strava, instead of the full session only a few seconds are uploaded. Very frustrating and I am sure I am not pausing sessions. Has anyone experienced this?

I have a number of routes on my Garmin 1030+ device that I want to be able to see on Strava. (These appear in my 'saved routes' on the Garmin.) Is it possible to push these to my Strava subscription? And if so, how do I do it? 

Tried several times this week to open my SPORT YEAR 2023 overview. it works the first 5 elements until the strava app crashes and shutdown. after the page „top 3% user“ i guess, that the next following page presents the 1st of my own data, but never showed up. did not find any support email to STRAVA. thx

I just recently got an Apple watch, connected Strava to Apple Health and allowed sharing between the apps. Syncing from Apple Health to Strava works great and activities I record on apple workout app automatically get uploaded to Strava. My issue is with syncing from Strave to Apple Health as only my Strava activities till 17th of Nov got synced, but nothing prior to that. It looks like a 30-day limitation, however, per Strava help article https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917527-Health-App-and-Strava this 30-day limitation applies when syncing from Apple Health to Strava only and not the other way around. As you can see from the below screenshot although only activities till 17th of Nov got synced, for some reason I can see activities from 13.01.2020 again, but nothing in between (and I have many activities

Hello!I just got a HUAWEI Band 8. I synced it with both Strava and Komoot in my account.Today I went for a test walk, but nothing shows up on Strava. What more do I need to do?Thanks in advance! 

I have an Apple Watch S8  GPS only but I cannot get it to track GPS data either from the Strava app or native Fitness app. All other stats appear to be okay but not sure that they might be inaccurate due to no GPS tracking?

Hello,  I record my rides two ways: 1. Using the Cyclemeter App on my phone. This automatically uploads to Strava (I can change this).  2. Using my Garmin.  Frequently I will want to change the Cyclemeter data for the Garmin data. Is it possible to do this *without* creating a new activity, but by only changing the data for a given activity [and keeping Photos, Kudos, etc that may already exist]?  Thanks,  - Peter

Hi there, I have loved using Strava as a tool to link my heart rate activities to my Fitbit!! but since I got a new watch the Strava activities will not populate to my Fitbit watch or app. I have tried revoking access and the trouble shooting tips but nothing is working .

I have been having trouble since yesterday with uploading my activities from Wahoo or Wahoo Systm to Strava!  It says everything is enable and authorized and connected but I keep getting a “share failed” message when it tries to upload!  Please help!!!

Since end of November, Apple Fitness workouts are not shown anymore in Strava.I double checked the permissions, relogged int Strava, resetted permissions, it just doesn't work anymore.I can see the workouts in my history and can also try to reuplad, but they are not shown anymore since end of november.Latest versions of iOS (17.2) and Strava are installed on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

I've been getting back to my Peloton morning rides and have both my Peloton synced up to Strava as well as my Samsung Health app. Lately, when I ride my Peloton, my Peloton workout automatically syncs to Strava just fine. However, when I open my Samsung Health app, it doesn't show up. I've waited for up to an hour or two for it to sync from Strava to my Samsung Health app, but it just doesn't get there. I can go into my Samsung Health app setting and toggle the Strava service off and then back on again and it'll sync almost immediately, but it's kinda annoying to have to go into my Samsung Health app and toggle my Strava connection off and then back on again to get my Peloton workout imported properly. Any thoughts on why it might not be automatically syncing from Strava to my Samsung Health app? It used to sync automatically when I was riding about a year ago, so I'm not sure what changed other than some sort of update may have broke it...

Hi all, I have been having an issue with uploading activities which I have recorded on my Wahoo Elemnt which are stationary indoor rides. The Elemnt file is fine, showing the correct duration of the activity and the accompanying power and hr data. The file aslo uploads to TrainingPeaks fine, correct duration with power an hr data. The issue is that when the activity uploads to Strava, Strava only displays around 15 minutes on a 1 hour ride, and all my intervals are missing or incomplete. I am immagining this is Strava viewing the file and cutting out sections of the ride where the GPS data from the Elemnt shows no movement, however I have no idea how to get Strava to stop being "clever". Does anyone have any experience with resolving this issue? Thanks in advance,

I had Samsung galaxy watch s3 frontier which was on tigen os and I had an awesome watch face showing the weekly progress graph, but now I am using Galaxy watch 4 which is on WearOS ,and the watch face isn't available , why is that??   here the watch face which isn't available in Samsung galaxy watches which runs on WearOS, please add this watch face to WearOS ,

I have Amazfit GTR4 and during the last month I have some issue to upload from ZEPP to STRAVA...just with swimming pool session!so...to upload Swimming session must I have gps on? or are there any problems with Strava?

Hi, I recently purchased a new watch (Garmin Epix 2 Pro) specifically to record more accurate analysis of my workouts on Strava but all that now shows are the time it took and the calories burnt. There's a whole load of stats recorded on the watch and Garmin Connect but that doesn't seem to transfer across. I've read a few similar posts and can confirm that my weight etc are all complete on my profile... any suggestions?    Thanks   Simon
