Strava on Apple Watch 3 series

I’ve been using the Strava app on my iPhone 15 for the past few weeks. I have an Apple Watch Series 3 also which I have downloaded the Strava app too. Today when I went for a run I recorded the run via the Strava app on both my phone and watch. My phone said the distance was 8.1km however my watch recorded it as 7.5km. Does anyone know why this has happened and which is likely to be more accurate? Read a few things online saying that Strava on apple watch 3 isn’t great so this may be why? Thank you in advance 🙂

Chronometer disconnect

Long time Strava user; new to this community board.I have had Strava linked to Chronometer and it has worked like a charm . . . until a couple of days ago. Chronometer suggested revoking access on this end then reconnecting and I now cannot find Chronometer in the connected apps list.Help?Thanks

Group Stats

I recently rode with a friend in the same group, his ride was 10k longer at the start & finish. We posted the rides and Strava linked them. I think he posted first, when the group stats are displayed my ride is not in my total for the week. I don't know if it's a one off or its happened before, I've never noticed.Anyone know why?

How to Delete a PR

Hi,I went for a run this afternoon and after about 5 miles, my watch glitched and added extra distance resulting in my split time for the 6th mile being 1m 50s! - Would be nice if it were true! The knock-on effect is that when the run synced to Strava, it set lots of new PRs for 2 mile, 5km & 10km. I don't want to delete the run itself from Strava as it's a record that I went out today, but I would like to delete all of the unrealistic Personal Records that I'm never going to be able to beat in the future. Is this possible? And if so, how?Thanks in advance for your help.

PB not showing correctly

Just finished my run, and noticed that Strava had added 0.30km onto my run so deleted the activity and uploaded the activity now it is showing the Apple Watch run as a 2nd best rather than a PB is there a way to change this? Also I finished my 10.25km run in 58m 43s but showing as my 10k PB as 59m 16s

I wanted to know why Strava doesn’t have the 200, 300+ KM monthly running challenges each month they only assign 100KM for us to try run in each month (I don’t know if my question makes sense

Help! My subscription isn’t working!

I bought the annual subscription two months ago. The transaction is showing in my bank account, but my Strava account hasn’t been upgraded. I’ve tried all of the tips that I could find on here and elsewhere on the internet to no avail. I’ve also tried emailing support on three separate occasions and have not received a response. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Fitness - random values?

Hi,I do running training 4-5 times a week with a friend. 2-3 of those are intervals. We do more or less the same kind of runs, or at least very comparable. We also consider ourselves to have approx the same fitness level. Except on Strava, we recently noticed. He has 71, while I have 18. It is also extremely stable around 17-19. Another friend of mine who does a couple of easy runs a week has 30.. Does this make sense? Or might there be some settings which are not set correctly? I have allow Strava to access heart rate data.Cheers

Cannot update email

Hello,I am having quite a challenge updating my email on my Strava account, and it keeps saying my account is suspended. I do not have access to the email that is listed on the account, and will be unable to access that email AT ALL on the 21st. I have put in two tickets to Strava support and haven't received a reply, and REALLY do not want to lost all my great data. Can someone help?

Heart Rate Zones / Strava Relative Effort

Trying to keep this short!I have been training pretty hard the last several weeks and I have seen some pretty significant changes in my heart rate. Ultimately I am wondering if I should be adjusting my heart rate zones in Strava or Garmin Connect (I have a Fenix 7).The main issue I am seeing is that I will be doing pretty large efforts, however, according to Strava the relative effort is very minor. For example, last week I did a 30km run. Average pace of 5:30/km, my average heart rate was 145. So according to Strava, the "relative effort" was only 89, which basically meant I saw no "fitness increase" (I was wearing an HRM pro).I don't really think the solution is that I should be running harder to increase my heart rate? My legs definitely felt the workout, but according to my apps it was basically nothing.I know these apps are imperfect, but it's all I have and I'm training enough at this stage where I would really like to have things dialed in.As another example, I did a "12km Easy

Non-club activity settings for club members

I am setting up a club that will serve as a trail maintenance hub for our local trail stewards.   Users will share their trail work activities as "hikes".  How do I set up the club such that members who use Strava for other activities don't find those activities sharing to the group?Also is there a way to set up group settings such that individuals can follow and contribute to the group, without other members seeing all of thier Strava activities?Thanks!

Relative Effort & Progress Data seem off ?

Hello fellow sporty people,2 things before we start : 1) Happy New Year to all of you's - wishing you some miles and lots of smiles, 2) Pardon my English, trying my best here. 🙂 I've started last week my Paris Marathon preparation and for the last two weeks and potentiall due to the (in)famous WearOs tracking issue, Relative Effort and Progress charts seem off. Relative Effort : I've compared 2 very similar trainings I did, one this morning and one a couple of months ago - one gives me a 47 relative effort score, the second one (this morning) gives me a 15 score (while i reached a 175HR) ... Link to activity 1 : https://www.strava.com/activities/9670511769/overviewLink to activity 2 : https://www.strava.com/activities/10496892064/overviewThe difference is less noticeable on easy runs but I can now hardly reach 15/16 relative effort score on 1h - 1h15 easy runs while these runs would previously get me a score between 30 and 40. I've also increased p
