Hello!So this happens when i record the activity with my android phone. It started happening 6 months back. Still using the same phone.I did a nonstop run for 44 min. And when i pause the activity before saving it. All data is correct.But the moment i save the activity. Moving time get cut from 44 min to 20 min. Distance is correct.Why does this happen? I have to keep deleting activities due to getting world record times.Why cant it just save the correct moving time when it was already showing the correct data before saving it?

I accidentally deleted my activiy from my App yesterday. Can I retrieve it?

I kept trying but could not get to post comments.1. Should i stop trying to post!2. Do you know what has gone wrong?3. Is there a problem with my subscription? Thank you for your valuable time. 

I have a Strava group set up with over 200 members and I like to encourage them by adding a comment when I canHowever, after about 20 or so comments, I do not seem to be able to post anymore as an error comes up Why is there a comment posts limit, it's not very good if I can only reach 5% of my Strava group

Is it possible to display Triathlon or Multisport clubs as distance instead of time? We’re running a distance challenge and want to display it via distance, it’s multisport rather than one sport. Alternatively, are there good third party integrations that might work for collecting club data?Thanks!

I had an annual membership that I started through Strava, not a third party, I cancelled that a couple months before I was charged again. I was still charged and I show a free membership. Contacted support over a week ago, replied to the email and noting from Strava. I am going to contact my bank and mark this as fraud. I will never pay for another membership or use Strava again. A company is only as good as its support,

Hi there,I have started a running plan on Runna so use my watch for this, the information and data is mostly then syncing with Strava. However there seems to be 2 bits of data Strava doesn’t have.It’s not using the activity data to populate my best efforts or the performance predictions. But all other data points are syncing.Has anyone else had this issue? 

When viewing a map on a desktop, if there are many segments, scrolling down to check them causes the map and elevation profile to move out of view, making it difficult to track their positions and elevation. To improve usability, the map and elevation profile should remain sticky while scrolling through the segments, ensuring they stay visible for better reference.Currently, as a workaround, I have to zoom out to keep both the map and elevation profile in view while reviewing the segments.

While the basic workout details appear, the GPS map and full route data are often missing unless I manually export the GPX file from the Mibro Fit app and upload it to Strava myself.This is frustrating, as automatic sync should ideally include the complete workout information—especially the GPS map—for accurate performance analysis.Here are the main concerns: Automatically synced activities from Mibro Fit to Strava do not include the full GPS route or map. Manual import via GPX works fine, which means the data exists but is not transferred properly via the sync integration. Tengo tiempo que al otorgar kudos algunos si se puede y otros no me dice la app que espere un momento y lo intento más tarde y todo igual incluso en ocasiones en todo el día no se puede dar kudos ya cerré seción y volví a entrar y nada  --English translation: For some time now, when I give kudos, some are possible and others are not. The app tells me to wait a moment and try again later, and everything is the same. Sometimes, even throughout the day, I can't give kudos. I've already logged out and logged back in, and nothing.

I've created a new segment, and people who have passed nearby, not on the segment itself ( on activities prior than the creation of the segment) appear on the results table. Since they have not really crossed the segment I would like to remove their times from the table, or maybe remove the times prior of the creation of it. Is there any way?

Bonjour,ma femme est moi habitons ensemble avec nos enfants! Nous avons voulu prendre un abonnement familial! Mais il ne marche pas car il dit que ma femme n’est pas du même pays ! Ce qui est totalement faux . Le service après vente étant totalement nul , je demande à résilier mon abonnement car j’en ai vraiment marre! Ils ne font aucun effort pour parler Français. Tout le monde ne parle pas anglais. autre chose vu que l’abonnement ne fonctionne on a essayé de créer un autre compte pour ma femme ! On a créé le fichier archive ! Mais impossible de le transférer sur le nouveau compte !     

I was looking to buy a bib for the Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon and had posted on multiple groups. I then saw a post of a member stating they were selling two. I messaged them and sent them money via e-transfer for the bib, however they never sent me the bib and blocked me on whatsapp and on Strava. This account needs to be blocked off Strava as I am sure they are only there to scam people. Account name is: Ivy Smith. 

I’m looking for a solution to create reports on activity and calories burned. Can I also create such corporate challenges here?

Tengo un problema Cada vez que mi esposa sube una actividad se me sube a mí strava también y no se cómo quitar eso, el robot de strava me manda a unas app que ni mi esposa ni yo las hemos descargado. Necesitaría ayuda porfa Gracias 

I recently noticed a suspicious rider on a leaderboard of segment I did.I viewed the activity ans the whole ride was suspicious. I reported the ride. The user was set on private. I requested to follow him which was denied.After some time I noticed some other suspicious segment times of this user. So I decided to investigate further. I found six rides of him. All of those rides are impossible to do even in a car or with a motorbike. The average speed is quite high with just under 40kmh even on his long rides. His longest one I have found ist around 220km.  The high average speed is Not the most suspicious. His routes go on high traffic roads but he never has to stop or reduce his speed. IT seems as there are no traffic lights or cars for him. On some rides he was on technical back roads and even some gravel roads. Still the average speed remains high and He can Ride the sharpest corners with more than 40kph. He simply does not h

and just like that my activities no longer show anyone else riding with me or me riding with anyone eslse. What have I changed and how do I change it back?  Please/Thanks
