Actually Me and My friend completed walk at same location and route but there are 1.45Km difference recorded, we can understand for 200 to 300meters but 1.45Km it is huge difference and this is not 1st time it is happening all the time, Can any one check and verify why it is happening and what was the issue ? We both are using Android Phone, and strava itself showing we both have completed our walk with each other, snaps given below for reference.

Just looking at the maps, it appears that your friends device did not have a very good GPS signal. You can see all of the jaggedness in the tracking and the big deviations off of the route you walked. Are they keeping their phone deeper in a bag or pocket that might be blocking the signal? Two suggestions. One would be to open the app and give it a little more time to make sure it has acquired a strong signal (have the phone out in the open and not under something that would block the signal). Two, keep the phone out in the open as much as possible.

Hi @Ronakkumar Kaneriya, from the pictures that you've attached it's quite apparent that your friend’s gps was struggling - the path is very inaccurate. Yours seems to be better - not perfect, but better (the path in the map looks more realistic).
For better accuracy, make sure that the phone is not in a power-saving mode (which would cause less frequent gps location checking), and that it's not buried deep in a bag or something.
And if the accuracy is really important for you, consider getting a gps watch (such as Apple Watch, Garmin, Coros or similar).
