Unfortunately, I have lost one of my KOMs. A KOM that I had to make quite a few attempts and efforts to finally get and which I also had to get back several times.
Now the new KOM holder has written in his activity description "KOM —> behind scooter". There cannot be a clearer description that he did not get his KOM in a fair way.

Now I had made a report of this in which I also referred to the "Segment Leaderboard Guidelines" where it clearly states "Hide motor-paced rides (cycling behind a vehicle) from leaderboards".

However without success. His activity is simply "declared valid" again.

Does anyone have an idea why? It cannot be clearer than that this KOM was achieved with help, can it?

Hi @Sander11, flagging the suspicious activity for the 2nd time to get it reviewed might help but if it doesn't, probably the only way (if the user isn't reasonable and refuses to change their activity) is to reach out to Support, as described in this article:

https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/206522304-How-to-Report-Cheating-on-Strava

Please just note that the response time might be rather longer, as they're dealing with a backlog of tickets from what I hear.
