Hello, I've just found out I didn't cancel my subscription and apparently it was written off less then two weeks ago and I just noticed yesterday.. can I please cancel and refund the subscription since I wont need it coming time and its a big chunk out of the budget?

Thanks for your post. This inquiry will need to be handled by our Support team. The Community Hub & Strava Support are two different platforms. The Hub is great for general questions and information while our Support team will handle questions that require account access such as subscription questions, restoring activities, account settings, etc. 

I see that your support ticket; #3014588 was responded to recently. Please take a look and respond directly to that email if you need further assistance.

Dear Strava Support Team,

I recently noticed that my account was charged RM199.90 for an annual subscription without my prior knowledge or authorization. I kindly request that this charge be cancelled and the full amount refunded to me as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you require any further details to process my request, thank you.

@Mozacklaaa you have to submit your own ticket to Support (and you might also want to remove the screenshot with all the detailed information from here, posting it to a public forum isn't a good idea). Here's what you need to do:
