My daughter has a Garmin Edge and uses Strave.  We are many times in places with no cell service so the Find My App on the phone cannot track her.  Is there a way for her to share her real time location with me if she does  not have cell service, but I do?

She would need something that actually transmits TO a satellite.  Most GPS devices, like the Edge, just receive signals from a satellite but do not transmit to a satellite.  You would need something more like a Garmin Inreach or similar device.

@LeGrandBennett  In case you didn't have looked for it already: Maybe only the cell service provider of your daughter doesn't have coverage but others do.
