On of my rides are not shown on the Heatmap, even though the activity has been recorded: https://www.strava.com/activities/9062889956
Anyone else who have met this problem or is there some kind of box I have ticked, that makes this ride invisible on the Heatmap?

So sorry this is happening.
We are currently aware of an issue where some activities may not appear on your personal heatmaps or may appear under the wrong sport type on your heatmaps. While our colleagues work to resolve this situation, I would like to share a workaround which will hopefully solve this for you:
Navigate to the activity on Strava which is not appearing correctly on your personal heatmaps and choose the option to edit the activity. From the Edit Activity page, change the sport type on the activity to any of the available options, save your change, then edit the activity one more time to change the sport type back to the originally selected value.
Performing this action should trigger our system to re-evaluate the activity, appropriately placing the activity on your personal heatmaps.
Please let me know if that resolves the problem and again, apologies for the issue.
+3Im Having this problem, I have tried the change activity but nothing. What's the point of it if can't record them. Pay decent money for the additional extras
same for me since Friday, the activities done since then do not show on heat map, no matter if editing / updating the activity type etc etc

I have the same problem as everyone else. Changing the activity type has no effect. Last activity showing on heat map was on 8 Aug. Since then I did activities on 9 and 10 Aug and neither are showing.
+3Well, not everyone has Twitter/X. Why not just put a notification on the Strava website itself, preferably on the maps page? Sounds silly to me.
Funny thing - this thread is marked as "solved". Well, dear Strava Team - the issue is NOT SOLVED.
But I guess for internal stats everything works 😕😕
How can a user claim the "solved" status? I am afraid the issue will not be solved soon, if ever. Another bug related to gaps in itinerary incorrectly zooming out is not solved since 2022:

Maybe a massive pro subscription cancelling would motivate the Strava team to address the bugs - otherwise, they apparently do not care 😞

+1The same holds to me. I've tried to apply the "trick" to circumvent the non-appearance of some tracks, but it does not help. If one looks at the the age of the response, 2023, at the comment from problems this year, it seems that nothing has been done. In view of the amount of money, which one has to pay each year, this is not acceptable.

+6you are right, I also don't have one and I found out about this tweet from reddit 😂. I think they started making a lot of changes in last two/three months, because their CEO changed or something. that's why we got "dark mode" and now a lot more updates are coming. I hope they do read this forum! I would like to be able to access this community page from the app (is this already possible? 🤔 🤔)
