How do you make new segments? Can you see all of them when you are on the free mode and private?

Creating segments is easy. Once you complete an activity, open the activity on a computer (you need to use the web based version of Strava to create segments). Once you are viewing the activity, click on "segments" and you should see them all listed out. If you want to create a new one, click on the button that says "Create a new segment" and then follow the directions.
