Sport type: doing an ERG file workout on a smart trainer

On a smart trainer doing a zwift, RGT ride, it’s a virtual ride. 

But how about doing an erg file workout on a smart trainer? Which sport type should I pick?

Hi @RidesABike 

Thanks for your post.  Can confirm you're talking about a bike erg workout, such as a Concept2 bike?  In that case, you would use the "ride" activity type with the indoor tag selected.  This would apply to all indoor trainer rides that don't include virtual GPS data.

I am using a wahoo kickr core smart trainer.
