I'm a premium strava user and recently I can see my activity map when I open that activity. I can see the map in my feed but when I open it, map is no available.
Also, when I try to see any other user that that day did the same segment, for example, strava app closes and it backs to the feed!
Any idea?
Thanks

@mvilvi thanks for the screenshots! That's very helpful - and actually yes, the users complaining about the conflicting duckduckgo app were also the Android Strava app users. Though their symptoms seem to be different (they see a blank map but the activity path is there).
Could you try the following please:
The “no map” screenshot is actually supposed to show a preview of the “flyover” video. What happens when you tap it - does a video start, or nothing at all? Does it help if you e.g. turn off a power saving mode on your phone or anything that could disable video previews/playback?
Do you use any security app on your phone that would include “tracking prevention” functionality? (If you do - are you able to allow Strava in its settings?)
And lastly… should the above fail, do you have an option to try from another mobile device (a tablet or e.g. friend’s phone - you’d log into the app on it temporarily just to try if it's the same there, and then log out again) - this is to narrow down the possible root cause: if it works correctly on another device, there's probably some conflicting app on your phone.
I'm having the same issue. I can see the maps in my feed but when I click on the individual activities to zoom in on the map it's shows the line of the route but not the map. See example
Hi @hrisborg, I’m not sure whether your issue is the same what @mvilvi described, anyway: this “blank” map was reported by some other users in relation to a “duckduckgo” app in their phone, which is designed to block tracking (and Strava apparently needs to be allowed in that app). Here are some related discussions:
@mvilvi since I’ve already responded on this thread... I'm not sure if I understand correctly, is the problem you’ve reported the same as what @hrisborg described? If so - try checking the duckduckgo app. If it's something else - would you please add a more detailed description and/or screenshots, to show what's happening? Thanks!

Hi @Jana_S , after several tests finally I could solve it by reinstalling the app and login in without changing nothing into app or phone settings. Thanks
