Intermittent syncing of separate activities from Polar Flow to Strava.

Polar Grit X logs all activities to Polar Flow, but several activities will not sync to Strava. Random activities never sync like runs, and hikes. For example, of the four activities completed on one day, the second and the third activities did not sync. Ensured Strava app up to date, uninstalled, reinstalled, still same problem.

Thanks for your post.

Certain types of activities on Polar are not synced to Strava at this time. They are:
 

  • Manually added activities.
  • Training sessions that have been synced with Polar group solutions or from third-party applications or services, for example, Polar Club or MyFitnessPal.
  • Training sessions that have been transferred to Polar Flow from polarpersonaltrainer.com or from Polar ProTrainer 5.
  • Training sessions that have been synced to Polar Flow before connecting Polar Flow to Strava. These training sessions can be transferred to Strava with Polar Flow’s export function.

If none of the above apply to your activity, the best option is to export the original from Polar Flow and upload it to Strava from our upload page. Otherwise, you can see if waiting 24 hours or recording a new activity pushes the missing upload to Strava.

You can also check Polar's status page to see if they are experiencing or had any issues during the time of your activity.

If the issue persists, please contact Polar support and include the email you use at Flow and the date and times of the sessions not transferring.
