As of now, workouts performed on Samsung Watches and Google / Fitbit watches support syncing workouts which used GPS, but do not support syncing activity such as Elliptical, Treadmill, etc. (any non GPS workouts). It would be great to see this added as a feature. Thanks for your consideration!

Yes, I am fully in support of this. I think it should have already been by now. It's been a long time.

Yes. This is much needed!

100% would love this. I'd use the Strava wearOS app but it's missing the "now playing" screen for currently playing music, otherwise I'd definitely use that over the Samsung app.

Is this anstrava issue or a samsung issue though?

@Pedro4  Not 100% sure but I think the best solution is integrating Strava with health connect on Android like other fitness apps do. This would make the most sense imo and would fix both the issues here since Fitbit and Samsung health connect to health connect. So I do think it is a fixable issue

Having it a bit like it is on iOS where it reads from services and you can import them in would be great. Also means you can reimport if you happen to delete an imported one. I don't know how difficult that is to implement making it an automated "pull" as opposed to a "push". It just means there's uniformity between ecosystems

I think Android users would benefit more if Strava finally started using Health Connect. It's been available on Android for quite some time.
Strava should hurry up and do that.

@Visje Agreed. Health Connect is the most logical solution and its quite surprising that its not a feature on the top of Strava's to do list (as android makes up 70% of smartphones). There is another "idea" on here with many upvotes posted about a year ago about supporting health connect. No recent updates from Strava though.

@bblakely14 I think Strava is letting it's users stand in the cold, at least the Android users.
Unfortunately I had subscribed for premium, but if Strava keeps refusing to build this feature I'll cancel my subscription before the next renewal. Also the mods are not even responding anymore when asked what the status on this subject is.
