Add Chest HRM to Equipment

Hi Strava Product Team, 

Feature Request: Add Chest Heart Rate Monitor type next to watch type.

Reasoning: Chest HRMs provide more accurate heart rate data. This data exists in the Garmin ecosystem. It will be helpful for athletes to know when the heart rate is being tracked using only watch or by chest strap.

Yeah, would also be nice if this equipment was then automatically detected on any activity logged and uploaded from the Garmin Connect app.
