I sent the following via email to tech support and they said to post it here:
You recently added "Messages" to the app but somehow forgot to also add that functionality to the website. That is bad. For me, I use the app only to track my activities and nothing more. I use the website for everything else. I hate using apps on the phone that require any amount of typing.
