Would really need to be able to record manual lap times on the wear os app. For now, the app is absolutely useless if you want to do interval training. I was actually surprised that this wasn't a feature, had I known, I would had bought a Garmin watch instead of a Galaxy Watch 5.

It should be quite easy to add? Short press on the back button for lap time, and long press to pause activity.

Overall the wear os app is quite disappointing, I hope this change soon.

Using the crown button for laps and being able to swipe between overall and lap views seems trivial.

Currently it's not useful for quality sessions...

I agree completely.  Many times I will run to a track as the warmup and then use the track for specific running workouts.  I want to be able to hit a "lap" button to start a lap and then be able to hit it again when that "lap" is complete.  Sometimes the gps will randomly mark me where I have not run and usually saying that I have already run a quarter of a mile before I have completed that quarter mile lap.  Also, having the true interval start and stop times would be very beneficial.

I have recently upgraded my Galaxy Watch Active 2 to a Galaxy Watch 6. In my previous watch I was able to record the intervals on Strava by clicking the top button. I am very disappointed that I can't do this anymore.
