Not sure if at all possible, but often I wonder what songs, podcast etc people are listening to whilst completing their activity.

Would be great to be able to share your Apple Music / Spotify / podcast track that you listened to during your run / ride etc.  I think that'd be interesting...

It's nice that Spava pulls the tracks that were played through an activity, but I have no use for followers to click on a link to view the track list.
Instead, I'd like to have it like perform.fm did: Just list the tracks in the description field, preferably appending it to whatever I wrote in the description, if I happened to beat the service to it.

By all means, feel free to add an URL, I get that you have a service and want people to log in, but to me the important bit is to just list all the tracks in the Strava activity itself.
Maybe the text could read as follows:

Ride tracklist included Fugazi, The Anniversary, Jawbreaker and more. Listen to it here:
https://www.spava.club/a/10758507396

Tracklist:
1. Song no. 1 - Fugazi
2. Song 2 - Blur
...etc...

Perform.fm seems to have died, it has just had an "origin DNS error" for weeks now, otherwise I'd still be using that.
The one thing I did not like about Perform is that it just shows the *last* 50 songs played, without any explanation. It's maybe good to have a limit (although if it's not an issue with character limits on Strava or other logical limitations, I'd love to not have a limit), but at least it should say that it's limited to the last/first X tracks.

Hey @Wattnissen, we went and built exactly what you're looking for!

On the settings page, you can turn on "Write entire track list" and it will show all the tracks artists and names directly in the description. https://www.spava.club/settings

Let us know what you think either here or reach out at the bottom of the Spava page.

Yes please! Or at least be able to select a particular song to attach to the activity's media

I've been using the new feature for some days now, and love it! Thanks!

It seems there's a cutoff on the tracklist, if it's deemed too long, and it shows only the last tracks. I had a 4+ hour ride on last Wed, and played songs throughout, but both on the activity and on the Spava site only the last 47 seconds are listed, indicating a start at 2 hours 17 minutes.
It was the same with per.fm which cut it off at 50 tracks, and it also listed the last played tracks.
Is there a technical reason for this, or can I have all the played songs in the Strava activity description? If no, I'd at least love to have a line that says "These are X of the tracks played during the activity"

If I could ask for yet another settings feature, I'd love to be able to turn off the timestamp on the tracks (with many tracks in the Strava description, the timestamps makes the list a little messy).
The possibility to list them tracks in a numbered list. would also be nice.

Having used this for a couple of weeks, I have a couple of feature requests I’d like to see.
1: I have a number of local tracks that are not in the Spotify catalog, but which I play using the Spotify local file feature. I know there’s no way you can have links on spava.club with a possibility to listen to those tracks on Spotify, but I’d love to have them listed in the description of my activity.

2: It seems that podcasts played in Strava don’t appear either. Is it possible to make it an option to include the podcasts episodes played too?

Thanks for a great service!

Could there be a link to fx Spotify, where users could set the "Soundtrack" of their activity?
That one song (or podcast) that felt like the theme song of the Run/Ride.

Similar to how you can add music to instagram posts, Strava could have the ability to add songs to an activity post. Maybe for strava premium?
