When I reply to someone who comments my activity, I have to mention them manually. This is time-consuming and prone to be forgotten. And it happens a lot to me, for example. It'd be great if we have 'Reply' button. The easiest implementation could be just automatical mentioning

Hello there and thanks for your submission. On iOS it's currently possible to swipe left on a comment to automatically @ mention the person and reply. I'm assuming you're on an Android phone?

Yes, I'm. But surprisingly I prefer even use Strava with my desktop. And I don't see this feature on the website version also.

I think the automatic mentioning is not so good, because there might be several comments of some user and I want to be able to reply to a specific one.

I had completely forgotten you could swipe left on a comment to reply to it directly. Adding a Reply button to each specific comment (like most social-media platforms have), without needing to swipe left, would be a great addition. There is more than enough space for a Reply button on the same line as the Likes.

@Soren I swiped left on a comment in my Group Challenge today, and it made me report the post (iOS app). I tried again, slower, and the options being offered were Delete and Report.

These UI inconsistencies kill the user experience, in addition to having poor discoverability. Just another argument for having an explicit Reply button with automatic mention, like all other social-media apps.
