Heatmaps/Routes: Add ability to star or bookmark favorite locations

Overview: I propose adding the ability for users to "star" or bookmark specific locations within the app. This would allow athletes to easily mark and save their favorite spots, trailheads, or any key points of interest. These starred locations could then be utilized for more efficient and personalized route planning.

Benefits:
1. Quick Access: Users can easily access their favorite starting points or mid-route locations without having to search for them each time.
2. Personalization: Athletes can curate a list of their preferred locations, making it easier to plan new routes that start, end, or pass through these points.
3. Efficiency: This feature would save time and streamline the process of creating new routes, especially for those who frequently run, cycle, or hike in various areas.
4. Community Engagement: Users can share their starred locations with friends or the Strava community, promoting popular spots and enhancing social interaction within the app.

Example Use Case:
An athlete who enjoys running in different parts of the city could "star" several key parks, trailheads, or viewpoints. When planning a new route, they can quickly select from these starred locations to create a route that connects them, ensuring a run that covers their favorite spots.
I believe this feature would add great value to the Strava experience, making route planning more intuitive and personalized for all users.
