Implement more Apple iOS Shortcuts including the Apple Watch Ultra Action Button

Please can you provide options/links to Shortcuts to start, pause, resume and finish activities, with the options to pick which type.

This will be very useful to include Strava in longer shortcuts, or even deeper integration with the Apple Watch and complications, and also the Apple Watch Ultra Action Button (which can be used to launch a shortcut).

I created a simple shortcut that only runs the Open URL action using the URL Scheme strava://record/new/start

This works perfectly on my iPhone, but not on my Apple Watch, even though I have Strava installed on the watch. 

Why doesn’t the same URL Scheme work on the Apple Watch?
