Increase decimal points for distance in manual activity entries

If I cycle 7.73 miles in the gym I can only manually enter 7.7 or 7.8. 

For a sports app this is a very basic feature missing. 

Every tenth counts when trying to beat my best distance in a set time!

This is likely a vestige of the long-ago era when Strava truncated all distances throughout the entire app to a single decimal. A few places remain that haven’t been expanded to 2 digits, eg. distances on activities viewed while not logged in.
