Please add (Support Palestine) in the Featured Map Types 🇵🇸

Almost 11,000 have been killed in Gaza and the West Bank, many still missing under the rubble, and so many are at risk of dying out of hunger, dehydration, or wound contamination... We can't remain silent about it, nothing justify this genocide. It must stop now.  Therefore, please allow us to show solidarity with the Palestinian innocent civilians  by adding (Support Palestine) in the Featured Map Types, as we can support Ukraine, we need to be able to show support to Palestine 🇵🇸 Thank you!

@Scout  your response was unsatisfactory as it does not indicate why the request is not being considered by Strava, nor is it clear how the other maps of this type (Black Lives Matter, Support Ukraine, Pride) came to be established. Many more have now requested. Many more are still to come. If you are a real human being employed by Strava, please consult with management there and give a satisfactory response to our request.

If you can add the maps for black lives matter, Ukraine and pride, then why is it that after many requests we are  still unable to get a Palestinian lives matter map.

It makes no sense at all why this cannot be done, when thousands of people want to dedicate their runs to this cause.

Many people have asked, and many more will continue to ask until something is done about it.

All we are asking is for a map to dedicate our runs to the Palestinian cause...

As of December 14, 24,711 Palestinians have been killed. Of these, 9,643 were children and babies, 5,109 were women. That's according to Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor based in Geneva. And still, Strava won't give us a "Support Palestine" map? Are you saying some human lives are worth less than others?

We are making an urgent call on behalf of humanity. In addition to the map feature, we want to provide aid to the Palestinians by creating a challenge event on behalf of those who complete it.

This would only be fair. Otherwise support Ukraine event will seem political and double standard. A human life is a human life no matter where it is geographically.

@inSytA crystal clear hypocrisy and double standards. Unlike the European Ukrainians, Palestinians are Arabs, and they are not WHITE, at least not enough. Shame on such racist world.

Looking at the selection of activity maps available on Strava, there are three possible choices for those who would like to champion their own preferred human rights cause at present; Ukraine, Black Lives Matter and Pride.

These are three subjects which have had mass global appeal in recent years. Which begs the question - given the sheer number of people demonstrating across the world over the last few months - why hasn't an option been made available for the support of the Palestinian population at this historic moment?
