I think it will be great to add a Strava Art Map Type on Strava Maps.
This is important because:
- There are many athletes who are artists and use maps to draw their art
- The Strava Art Map Type can be a paintbrush motion video of the athlete moving across the map and painting with their footsteps/tiremarks
- The map type will inspire other athletes to also draw their own map art
- The map tag can be used for art curation, discovery, and search of Strava Art from the worldwide community and allow athletes to vote on the best pieces of art each day or each month
- Athletes can sell their Strava Art in the future
An example of when I would use this? Strava Art Map Type would inspire me to draw a dragon in the mountains during one of my long runs.
