How to Find and Navigate to the Groups you Belong to

Two ways:

1. From your own profile page - on this page there is a side bar component called My Group Hubs where you'll find a list of any Group Hubs you're a member of.  It looks like this:

2. From search - from the search bar on any page where it's available, you should be able to get Groups to appear in auto suggest as you start typing the name of the group, or you can go to the full search results page and you'll find it listed under the Places tab in your results

This is super helpful, thank you!! I have been having trouble with this. I'd suggest moving the groups above the kudos given and received tiles, especially since on mobile the tiles are actually all the way at the bottom, not in a side menu.
