What are Groups?

Groups empower members to engage around a specific roles (Superuser) or interest. Community members can browse, view and join groups. Once member of a group, you can ask questions and start discussions - ultimately Groups allows members to more easily engage with the content they find most valuable. Groups in the Community Hub can be:

Public group: A type of group where all visitors can see the content and group members.

Private group: A type of group where content and group members are hidden for non-group members.

How to become a Group member?

Group membership is determined by the activity or a special rank you hold in Community Hub. Oftens groups can only be joined through invitation from Community Managers.

How do I see all my Group memberships?

If you navigate to Groups tab in the main navigation > you will see all the Groups you are member of under My Groups heading. If you are not seeing any Groups here at the moment, stay tuned for some public accessible Groups we might create in the future.

This is super helpful, thank you!! I have been having trouble with this. I'd suggest moving the groups above the kudos given and received tiles, especially since on mobile the tiles are actually all the way at the bottom, not in a side menu.
