Show average percent grade in route builder

Hi,

It'd be great if the route builder could show average percent grade for the current route.

I can mainly see this being used for seeing the grades of hills when looking for areas to run hills on and trying to find a certain grade of hill i.e. 3%, 4%, 5% etc.
