As @Jan_Mantau mentioned, this can happen if you accidentally create an empty/duplicate Strava account. I recommend signing out of Strava, and then signing back in, being sure to sign in with the email address you used to create your Strava account. If you're not sure of the password you can reset it. Password reset instructions
If that doesn't resolve the issue,please submit a support ticket and someone from our Support Team will get in touch to troubleshoot with you.
+26That can happen if you have more than one Strava account. Please check if you are using the correct one.
