Can i have a refund for my subscription, I mistakenly subscribed to a 1 year subscription, and I used my school allowance for it. I badly want to get back my money, I don't have anything in me right now, please!!!

I have sent a request for a refund. When can I expect the answer? I would like to get the feedback as soon as possible as it was an accidental purchase. I wanted to buy monthly subscription after trial period but I accidentally extended the yearly option. It says in the terms that the purchase can be refunded if requested within 14 days. I have also contacted Google Pay and they told me you should provide answer within 3 days

Need an update from ticket #3127530 . At strava support already “solve” . But didn’t get any response from representative about this . Need response as soon as possible cause i need the refund

Thanks for your post. All account and Subscription related inquiries need to be handled by Strava Support. We are unable to assist with these in the Community Hub.

It sounds likely that you’ve created multiple Support tickets. When that happens, Strava Support will merge your tickets, and this will create notifications that your ticket(s) have been closed. However one ticket will be kept open and you will receive a response when that ticket is assigned to a Support Analyst.

To check your Support tickets and confirm you have an open ticket, please sign into your Strava account on the Web at strava.com, then go to this link to see your tickets.

It has been two days without any response on this ticket #3127434 . So usually i need to wait how many years to get a response on a single ticket ? Seriously i need my refund . Seems like you have your policy which is need to request a refund within 14 days of purchase . Dont drag and delay the response , dont make excuse when it comes to 14 days and you cannot refund it . So please make it fast , response to me fast . Come on , youre a big and success company . You take payment very fast , but why did customer service and support take so so slow ?
