People can’t see my stats

Hey ​@Nicovm,

Can you double check what your privacy settings for your profile is set to?
If set to “Followers” instead of “Everyone”, then those who currently do not follow you will not be able to see your stats.

Could you also try using the “Refresh Stats” button at the bottom right when on your profile page?
This refresh should populate your stats correctly.

If both troubleshooting suggestions above doesn’t work, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

Hey, my privacy settings are ok. 

It’s a problem by different users. We can see our stats but not te stats from other users and other users, also followers can’t see our stats.

De stats of 2025 stays on zero.

Where can’t you see the statistics of your followers?

Has anyone got a solution for this yet?  I having the same issue with my daughters account.

Moji sledující nemohou vidět mé statistiky. Dokonce i když jsem nastavil všechna svá nastavení pro každého, nezáleží na tom.

Přišel jsem ze Sportstracker, abych měl lepší aplikaci pro svou činnost, ale zatím je to naprostá katastrofa!!!  ....a nikoho to nezajímá!

Jsem tak rád, že jsem nezaplatil ani teď žádnou plnou verzi.

Proč to nikdo neřeší , vidím že je nás strašně moc s tímto problémem...asi Strava chce abychom se sbalili a šli na konkureční aplikaci.

Your profile stats could be showing as zero because you haven’t performed any activities of that activity type recently. Please note you can see your personal stats for the sport types you uploaded most frequently within the past 90 days.

Having a similar issue: my last activity isn't showing up in my followers main feed. They only see it, if they go on my profile first and them go on my personal acivity feed. Is there a fix for that? Can I reopload my activity for example?

​@Petr_H_ZN - Can you post a link to your profile here?  Maybe there is something that will be clear if we can see it ourselves.  One thing to check would be to see if your activities are set to being viewable by “only you”.

So your last visible activity is from August 2024, it seems that since then, you have changed your privacy settings and restricted all newer activities to either "Followers" or "Only You”. There are no visible activities on your profile from 2025 - I can see your all-time stats (for rides - 8 activities, 292.3 km), but 0 for this year, which seems to correspond with the privacy settings...

I can confirm what ​@Jana_S stated above.  I am seeing the same thing.

this year I do have already abou 600km.

i did change now the visibility to everyone, and also iwill now change on every each my activiti this year 2025 to everyone sharing...see if that will make a difference.

...but than I am missing the point to havea a choise who can actually see or can notsee my activiti.

my gues si the the statistic should see everyone even I have settings to everyone or just the followers :)

or lets say if i will choose someone as a follower that mean for me that he should see everythink but seems to me it is working totally opositte way :) ?

- I did change everythink to status Everyone
- refresed the statistics
- I did change ebike moutain type in all my activities in 2025 to klasic Ride type

Do tay I didi checked thru my friend Strava account and now he can see my statistic in mobile app and also on his PC.

1. Thanks support Strava for help
2. Strava app should change in working way anyway because I wouod like to have my activities seen only by my follower not to everyone and also i wouod like to have thr true and right type of activities as a ebike moutain and not to use type Rike as a classik bike which is not true but to get the info of my activities I have to share all with everyone and use the wrong type of activities.
3. The user of mobile app Strava should have the option choose what type of activity he wants to see inn the statistics of your self and of his Strava friends on the another side...this way it will make the Strava app sence.

Thanks anyway and I hope that Strava app is a great app just need to be more true and friendly to the users ...I will use it anyway and hope that one day it will take the step forward in another upgrades !

I don’t know the best resolution to the stats visibility issue, but you really should not be listing your e-bike rides as regular rides.  That can have impacts on segment results for other non e-bike riders.
