I am trying to create a training plan for my next (first!) marathon, that takes place in Copenhagen May 11th.
But it seems like I can only create a plan for 12 weeks….!! Does anyone know if that is the only option for a marathon plan? It would be really nice if Strava could provide a plan for a longer period, e.g. 16 or 20 weeks. It seems really odd that everyone should be able to train to a marathon in 12 weeks, regardless your age, fitness level, weight etc.
