My pace updates I got through my headphones have disappeared and I can't find where in the settings to turn them back on?

Hello @Meaty285

If you are having issues with audio cues not playing on the Android App then you can use the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Confirm you are recording a ride or run activity. Currently only those 2 sport types are supported for audio cues.
  2. Confirm that your media volume is turned up.
  3. Confirm that audio from other apps (like Spotify or Youtube) are playing correctly over your speakers/headphones.
  4. Disable and enable your audio cue settings.
  5. If you are still not hearing audio cues please uninstall and reinstall the Strava app. Once you have reinstalled the app, logged in, and accepted all relevant app permissions you can re-enable your audio cues from the settings on the Record page.

Hi @Meaty285, it would help if you could specify which device (watch, phone) you're using, and what particular type of notifications… someone might be able to find out what the problem is then.

Hi @Jana_S my phone is a Samsung S23 and the notifications told me how far I had run and what my current split pace was or if I had just completed a km it would tell me how fast I ran it
