+1I used to live in Shanghai, where I created my account, about 10 years ago. Since then I moved to the US and I have updated my location to the city I live in (SF, CA) but the region still says “Asia, Shanghai”.
I am able to edit the city but not the region.
Would you have any suggestion on how to update my region?

The region is supposed to update automatically based on your entered city, so maybe that process didn’t run when you set your city to San Francisco.
Try changing it again, to Los Angeles, and see if that triggers a new region update. Do note that it can be quite picky about how it matches your city, as it wanted to set my region to India when I entered Los Angeles, CA.
