I love Smartwool and was excited to complete this challenge, thanks Strava!

Anyone successfully been able to redeem their credit? Link to redeem credit refers to a prior challenge (offering $50) but with no way to confirm the email used on Strava.

Ended up in an infinite loop with Smartwool/VF customer care. Anyone able to resolve this issue?
