Challenges with Wrong Participants

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

Just curious about the guy that’s logged in hundreds of miles of biking in less than a week in the September running challenge. He’s number 1 and he’s not running and even his biking seems to be unrealistically a huge amount. I think it’s in the 1000s of miles actually but I’m not good at metric system

@Jane11 - This activity https://www.strava.com/activities/9785048745 was the one that was giving the person a huge lead in the leaderboard until someone finally was able to flag it.  It was listed as a private activity, so nobody else could open it to be able to flag it.  Not sure how this kind of thing would have gotten past Strava's supposedly great filters for unrealistic achievements.  It was posted for days before anyone finally could get to it.

Hello @Squeege

Thanks for posting about this.  Can you confirm this is the Challenge you're talking about?   The current leader does appear to be logging valid activities for this Challenge.  I'm not sure if that's changed since you last had a chance to look.  Let me know if you're still noticing a problem.
