KOMs that are recorded as a PR but not as a KOM on my ride...why?

Is the activity public? If it's set to private or followers-only, the segment leaderboards achievements won't register.

Hello @EnriFernandez, is this your first time riding this segment?

If so, you will not receive segment achievements on your first time completing a segment, but as soon as you ride it a second time, you will. This also holds true if you complete the segment the 1st and 2nd time on the same ride. The 2nd attempt will receive achievements. Hope this helps!

I solved the situation, and claimed my well earned KOM by switching sports on the ride, as suggested by Strava. Glitch should be fixed ASAP.
